| Objection:This article analyzes the composition and trend of the hospitalization expenses of patients with lumbar disc herniation through a large collection of clinical cases.Analyze the main factors affecting hospitalization expenses. From the perspective of the patient,it is sufficient for the patient to clarify the whereabouts of their expenditure. It can also provide a reference for the hospital to control the hospitalization costs, control the factors that affect the hospitalization costs, and effectively control the growth of the hospitalization costs. To a certain extent,it provides relevant information for the payment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation, and provides ideas for the payment of a single disease of conservative treatment. Methods:By reading a large number of literatures, understand the treatment methods of lumbar disc herniation, and sort out the non-surgical treatments to determine the non-surgical treatments.Using the retrospective investigation method, the first diagnosed cases of lumbar disc herniation occurred from January 2016 to June 2020 were obtained from the hospital electronic case system. The selected cases in this study were all from past hospitalized patients.Exclude and get cases that meet the analysis criteria. The obtained data were sorted and classified, and the non-parametric rank sum test was used to conduct a single factor analysis of the influencing factors of hospitalization expenses, and the main factors affecting the hospitalization expenses of patients with lumbar palsy were analyzed. Finally, multiple regression analysis is used to analyze the influencing factors of hospitalization expenses, and a definite formula is obtained to achieve the cost prediction function.Result:1.The results of the analysis of the basic conditions of the patients:The average age of the included patients was 55.29± 14.73 1 years old,and there were more female patients(59.2%)than male patients(40.8%).The majority of patients lived in Xiangfang District(35.8%),followed by Nangang District(19.8%).The main types of patients who participated in the insurance were municipal medical insurance(60.8%),followed by provincial medical insurance(21.7%).2.The results of the analysis of the patient’s disease situation:The average length of hospitalization of the included patients was 14.13±3.905 days, and the number of patients with hospitalization days of 10-20 days was the largest(80.2%).Among the onset syndromes, the patients with Qi stagnation and blood stasis were the most(58.5%),followed by blood stasis(40.2%).The degree of disease in most patients is prominent, and two sections are generally prominent, and the two sections L4-L5 and L5-S1 are the most prominent. The incidence of solar terms in patients increased in summer and decreased in autumn, and the number of patients with solar terms in summer solstice was the largest.3.The results of the analysis of the patient’s hospitalization expenses:the hospitalization expenses showed an increasing trend, and the per capita hospitalization expenses were 9834.08 yuan. The composition of hospitalization expenses is:Chinese medicine expenses(13.56%),western medicine expenses(27.92%),treatment expenses(19.85%),acupuncture expenses(7.82%),massage expenses(1.49%),inspection expenses(4.99%),and inspections Fees(5.03%),nursing fees(5.05%),bed fees(5.67),other expenses(8.62%).4.The results of analysis of factors affecting hospitalization expenses:After stepwise screening, age, length of stay in hospital, type of lumbar arthralgia, acupuncture therapy, physical therapy, massage therapy, external application of Chinese medicine, fumigation therapy, and herbal therapy are the main factors affecting hospitalization expenses. The multiple linear regression equation is:Y=45.626+0.163X2+1.501X6+2.406X7+0.088X13+0.156X14+0.428X15+0.08X16+0.129X17Conclusion:1.From January 2016 to June 2020,more than 94.03%of patients with lumbar disc herniation chose conservative treatment.Among them, there are more female patients than male patients. The patients are mainly between 46 and 60 years old.It is necessary to improve the thoughts of preventing diseases and prevent the occurrence of diseases.2.The cost of hospitalization for conservative treatment of lumbar disc herniation is relatively high, which creates a large economic burden of the disease, and is prone to relapse, resulting in hospitalization costs for many times. The growth of hospitalization expenses should be controlled, and the structure of hospitalization expenses should be adjusted to reduce the burden on patients.3.Medical expenses accounted for the highest proportion of hospitalization expenses, and Chinese and Western medicine expenses accounted for the highest proportion of medical expenses. The proportion of medicine expenses should be controlled, the use of traditional Chinese medicine should be increased, and the role of traditional Chinese medicine in overall conditioning should be brought into play.4.Type of lumbar arthralgia, length of stay in hospital, massage therapy, age, physical therapy,Chinese herbal medicine, acupuncture therapy, fumigation and washing with traditional Chinese medicine are the main factors affecting hospitalization expenses. The degree of influence decreases successively. |
