| Objective:Collect and sort out the case data of Professor Lin Xiaofeng’s treatment of premature ventricular contractions,and conduct data mining and statistical analysis of the symptoms,syndologies and traditional Chinese medicine through the cloud platform of ancient and modern medical cases,so as to summarize the academic thoughts and clinical experience of Professor Lin Xiaofeng in the treatment of premature ventricular contractions.Methods:This topic by professor Lin xiaofeng treatment of ventricular premature beat patients cases were collected,according to include and exclude standards to selection of cases,will conform to the standard application cases of ancient and modern basis cloud platform system,using association rules analysis,cluster analysis,data analysis methods,such as complex network analysis,and analyze the data.Results:1.Statistical results of general situation:A total of 120 medical records were included in this study.Among them,36 cases were male and 84 cases were female.Most of them were middle-aged and elderly.2.Statistical results of common prescriptions for premature ventricular contraction:Huanglian Wendan Decoction,Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction,Zhi Licorice Decoction,Shengxian Decoction,Zhishi Xiebai Guizhi Decoction,Taohong Siwu Decoction,Mother of Pearl Pills,Tianwang Buxin Dan,Guipi Decoction.3.Statistical results of drugs for premature ventricular contractions:92 drugs were used in the treatment,and 40 drugs were used with frequency ≥10 times.These drugs were summarized as the core drugs for the treatment of premature ventricular beats.Including:tuckahoe,liquorice,ligusticum wallichii,radix rehmanniae,angelica,keel,dwarf lilyturf root,raw oyster shell,red paeony root,peach kernel,safflower,rhizoma coptidis,pinellia,salvia miltiorrhiza,immature fruits,zizyphus jujube kernel,cassia twig,radix astragali,fructus schisandrae,radix bupleuri,radix platycodi,bitter ginseng,dried tangerine or orange peel,radix aucklandiae,mother-of-pearl,bamboo shavings,codonopsis,radix achyranthis bidentatae,pseudostellaria root,fructus aurantii,radix curcumae,dried ginger,roast radix glycyrrhizae,donkey-hide gelatin,platycladi seed,rhizome corydails,white ginseng,rhizoma anemarrhenae,allium macrostemon,fructus trichosanthis.Types of drugs to promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis,Yin nourishing drugs,tranquilizers,Qi tonifying drugs,heat-clearing drugs.The four qi drugs were warm and peaceful,and the frequency of plain drugs was the highest.The five flavors of medicine were most frequently used in sweet taste,followed by bitter.The most drugs to the heart meridian,liver,spleen,kidney meridian.4.Cluster analysis was applied to the statistical results of drug combinations:Poria cocos,Glycyrrhiza;Raw rehmannia glutinosa,angelica sinensis,ligusticum wallichii,red peony root,peach kernel,safflower;Radix ophiopogonis,cassia twig,astragalus membranaceus,Bupleurum;Coptis chinensis,Pinellia tuber,immature bitter orange,Salvia miltiorrhiza,spina date seed,Schisandra chinensis,raw keel,raw oyster.5.The application of complex network analysis showed that the core prescriptions were:Poria cocos,Radix Ophiopogonis,Licorice,ligusticum wallichii,Angelica sinensis,raw keel,raw rehmannia glutinosa,and raw oyster.Conclusions:1.It can be seen that the categories of traditional Chinese medicine commonly used by the tutor in the treatment of ventricular premature beats are mainly drugs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,drugs for four qi are mainly pacifying,drugs for returning to the meridian are mainly heart meridian,and drugs for five flavors are mainly sweet taste.2.Tutor treatment of ventricular premature contractions often witness type:phlegm fire disturbs the heart,blood stasis,Yin and Yang deficiency,atmospheric depression,phlegm turbidity in the obstruction,Yin deficiency of fire,heart and spleen deficiency.3.Patients with premature ventricular contraction are often combined with Yin deficiency and blood stasis.4.The instructor’s syndrome differentiation thought in the treatment of premature ventricular beats is as follows:distinguish deficiency and deficiency first,pay attention to pulse diagnosis,combine disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation,treat heart as the foundation,promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis throughout,and pay attention to the nursing of life. |
