| Purpose1.The vast majority of patients who underwent Total knee Arthroplasty(TKA)due to knee osteoarthritis(KOA)still suffered from obvious limitation of knee function after surgery.In order to improve functional activities,patients were treated with acupuncture.2.To investigate the factors affecting the functional recovery of knee joint after TKA.Process1.Using the random sampling method,the patients who had undergone TKA for one month in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the subjects of this experimental study,and 100 patients were selected and divided into the experimental group and the control group with 50 patients in each group.Experimental group to recover function training and acupuncture treatment intervention,the control to the function of rehabilitation training,and record the patient’s name,gender,age,body mass index,after and before intervention intervention knee function score and score of knee joint pain,finally repetitive measure analysis of variance function recovery of knee joint,the two groups by comparing whether it is concluded that acupuncture treatment has the efficacy of treatment.2.With the convenience sampling method,50 patients who underwent TKA for one month from June 2018 to December 2019 in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin University of Chinese Medicine were selected as the research subjects under the standard of absorption and discharge.The patient’s name,gender,age,body mass index,degree of knee swelling,knee skin temperature and other disease indexes as well as knee function score after TKA were recorded.Correlation analysis and regression analysis were conducted between the indexes and knee function score after TKA to find out the factors affecting functional recovery of knee joint after TKA.3.Through the research and analysis of the modern mechanism,explore and elaborate the relationship between the modern mechanism of action of acupuncture treatment,the influencing mechanism of influencing factors and the functional recovery mechanism of affected knee joint after TKA,verify whether the theoretical results are consistent with the experimental research results,and analyze the reasons if not.The results of1.There was a statistical difference in the functional recovery of knee joint patients in the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05),indicating that acupuncture therapy could promote the functional recovery of knee joint patients after TKA.2.There was a statistical difference in the reduction of knee pain between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05),indicating that acupuncture therapy could relieve knee pain after TKA.3.Correlation analysis showed that age was correlated with functional recovery of the knee joint after TKA,while gender,body mass index,degree of swelling of the knee joint and skin temperature of the knee joint were not.After regression analysis,age was determined as the factor affecting the functional recovery of the knee joint after TKA,i.e.(P<0.05),but R~2(good fit)was small,indicating that there were other factors affecting the functional recovery of the knee joint after TKA.Conclusion1.Acupuncture therapy adopted by patients after TKA can improve the function of the knee joint affected by TKA.2.While the function of the knee joint recovered after TKA,acupuncture therapy could further relieve the pain and pain of the knee joint after TKA However,there was no clear relationship between the degree of knee swelling and the functional recovery of the knee joint.3.Age is the influencing factor of acupuncture treatment on the functional recovery of knee joint after TKA,and the younger the age,the better the effect of acupuncture treatment Fruit,the better.4.In addition to age,there are other factors affecting the functional recovery of knee joint after TKA,which have not been discussed in this paper and need to be further explored. |
