Objective: To explore the relationship between dietary factors and type 2 diabetes mosses, and to provide evidence for the management of type 2 diabetes; To provide basis for quantifying mosses in diagnosis. Methods: 1.Patients with type 2 diabetes in the wards of integrated Chinese and Western Medicine department and diabetes Identification Center of Metabolic Disease Hospital of Tianjin Medical University were selected as the research objects.According to the results of tongue diagnosis of TRADITIONAL Chinese medicine, the patients were divided into the greasy moss group and the thin moss group. The optimized eating habits questionnaire was used to collect the relevant information of the research objects through field investigation. The dietary factors of type 2 diabetic patients with greasy moss and thin moss were compared and analyzed.2.A total of 30 patients with type 2 diabetes were selected from the wards of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Metabolic Disease Hospital of Tianjin Medical University, including 10 cases with thin white moss,10 cases with white greasy moss and 10 cases with yellow greasy moss.Using 16S rDNA sequencing technology,16S rDNA sequencing was performed on stool samples of each group, and bioinformatics analysis was performed on species distribution, genus level evolutionary tree, intergroup difference analysis, differential species analysis,Tax4 Fun function prediction, etc.,to explore the possible biomarkers of cloying moss. Results: 1.Multivariate analysis of type 2 diabetes mellitus in moss-coating group and mosscoating group showed that smoking history, failure to have meals on time, and preference for bitter food were risk factors for moss-coating group(P < 0.05,OR >1).However,eating less staple food, regular and quantitative meals, and mastering the knowledge of diabetic diet(knowing that proper reduction of staple food is beneficial to postprandial blood glucose control and knowing that high fiber food can alleviate postprandial hyperglycemia)are the protective factors of carbohydrate(P < 0.05,OR < 1).2.By comparing the intestinal flora of type 2 diabetes patients in the thin white moss group, the white greasy moss group and the yellow greasy moss group,it was found that the intestinal flora of the thin white moss group was mainly parobacteroides dietrichroides, faecalis coccus,Dorseria, streptococcus and corynebacterium faecalis.Lactobacillus reuteri, macroomonas and ackermania mucosinophilus were the main bacteria in the white grease moss group, ruminococcus, rectum bacili and intestinal Barnesia were the main bacteria in the yellow grease moss group. After statistical analysis, there were significant differences in the intestinal flora of escherichia coli,Microbacili,Citrus huanglong and sulfur-oxidized lakeshore bacteria between the two groups. There were significant differences in the intestinal flora of Ackermania,Bacteroidetes,Escherichia coli and Verrococci between the two groups. There were significant differences in the intestinal flora between the two groups in genus level: Ackermania,Verrococci,Microbacter and megomonas.Functional prediction analysis found that the intestinal flora function of the white greasy moss group was mainly involved in human diseases. The yellow greasy moss group was more involved in the organization system, while the thin white moss group mainly dealt with environmental information.3.By comparing the greasy moss with thin white tai group of intestinal flora in patients with type 2 diabetes, the group found that greasy moss with cecum Ross’ s fungus, eosinophilic mucins ackermann bacteria, wei rong aureus genera, bacteroides,Collins bacteria and e.coli, thin white moss group to dickinson dismantles vice bacteroides, fecal bacteria, dole bacterium, streptococcus, fecal anaerobic rods coli is given priority to,There were significant differences in intestinal flora in the genus level of Escherichia coli,Phylloxobacter, and anaerobic myxobacteria.Functional prediction analysis showed that the main functions of the moss-coating group were to participate in the tissue system and change metabolism. In the thin-coated group. Conclusion: 1.This study suggests that smoking, failure to have regular meals and preference for bitter foods may be risk factors for the formation of greasy moss in type 2 diabetes patients.Eating less staple food and mastering the knowledge of diabetic diet may be the favorable factors to prevent and cure the greasy moss in type 2 diabetic patients.2.2.It was found that proteobacteria may be biomarkers in the group of saccharomycete in type 2 diabetes patients.Bacteroidetes,Bacteroidetes,Bacteroidetes,Enterobacteriaceae and proteobacteria may be the biomarkers of the group.Proteobacteria of enterobacteriaceae is a possible biomarker in type 2 diabetes mellitus group.
