Objective:The aim of this study was piercing through observing the muscle line method and routine acupuncture treatment the curative effect of shoulder joint subluxation after stroke, and to obtain better clinical treatment methods,so as to provide an effective acupuncture treatment for shoulder subluxation after stroke. Methods:This project intends to include 60 patients with post-stroke diagnosed shoulder subluxation who came to the Acupuncture Special Needs Clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2020 to December2020.A total of 60 cases were randomized by SPSS22.0.The digital table was randomly divided into two groups using randomized controlled trials.Under the premise that the baseline data of the two groups of cases are comparable, the treatment group uses meridian acupuncture as the main treatment method,When the control group was treated, routine acupuncture was chosen. The two groups of patients retain the needle for 30 minutes after getting qi,and after the needle is released Rehabilitation training was performed for 40-50 minutes, once a day,5 times/week,Treatment,it will be altogether four weeks.Record the patient’s scale scores(VAS score,FMA scale, muscle strength assessment, digital examination)before and after treatment, and compare the recorded scores, and evaluate the clinical efficacy based on clinical symptoms and signs.Results:1 Before treatment, the age, gender, course of disease, stroke type and various observation indexes of the two groups were compared and analyzed,The various data of difference between the two groups has no meaning(P > 0.05),indicating comparability.2 VAS score analysis : after treatment, make a comparison in the two groups, the discrepancy was meaningful(P < 0.05);The inconformity in both groups was meaningful(P < 0.05).It indicated that the two groups had curative effects in reducing the pain of shoulder subluxation after stroke, and the curative effect of the treatment group was more significant.3 Comparison of muscle strength score : After treatment, make a comparison about the muscle strength scores in the two groups, the discrepancy was meaningful(P < 0.05);The inconformity in both groups was meaningful(P < 0.05).It is suggested that the treatment group is more effective in enhancing the muscle strength of affected limbs.4 Comparison of FMA scores : After treatment, make a comparison about the FMA scores in the two groups, the discrepancy was meaningful(P < 0.05);The inconformity in both groups was meaningful(P < 0.05).It is suggested that the effect of the treatment group is more significant in enhancing shoulder joint function.5 Comparison of finger-diagnosis distance : intra-group comparison was conducted after treatment, the discrepancy was meaningful(P < 0.05).The inconformity in both groups was meaningful(P < 0.05).It shows that the two groups have effect in reducing the distance between shoulder peak and humeral head, and the treatment group has better effect.6 Comprehensive curative effect comparison : the treatment group cured5 cases, markedly effective + effective in21 cases,4cases,the total effective rate was86.67 %;In the group used as control,1 case was healed,21 cases were markedly effective and effective,and8 cases were ineffective. The recovery rate was 73.33 %.about the recovery rate, the distinction of the two groups was meaningful(P < 0.05),The difference shows the effect of treatment group is better.Conclusions:1 The symptoms of shoulder subluxation after stroke can be improved by both the tendon-expelling needling method and the conventional acupuncture method, but the effect of the tendon-expelling needling method is better than that of the conventional acupuncture method.2 The meridian sinew row needling method is superior to the conventional acupuncture in improving the pain and dysfunction caused by shoulder subluxation after stroke, which provides an effective acupuncture treatment for shoulder subluxation after stroke, and also provides more clinical basis for the promotion of meridian sinew row needling method.
