Objective:This paper discusses the efficacy observation of the right median nerve electrical stimulation combined with hyperbaric oxygen in patients with cerebral hemorrhage coma, and analyzes the therapeutic effect and safety of both. Methods:Selected patients with cerebral hemorrhage coma who were treated in the rehabilitation medicine department of Shaanxi Provincial People’s Hospital from December 2019 to February 2021,and according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,80 patients who met the criteria of this study were screened and randomly divided into two groups: 40 cases in the right median nerve electrical stimulation joint hyperbaric oxygen treatment group and 40 cases in the hyperbaric oxygen therapy group. The Glasgow coma scale,Full Outline of Unresponsiveness scale and Coma Recovery Scale Revised Scale were observed before and after treatment in the two groups, and the data were statistically analyzed.Results:(1)There was no significant difference in the general clinical data between the two groups. There was no significant difference in pre-treatment GCS score,pre-treatment FOUR score and pre-treatment CRS-R score between the two groups, and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).(2)GCS score results: before and after treatment, the GCS scores of the combined group were 7(6-8)and 9(7-9)respectively,and the GCS scores of the HBOT group before and after treatment were 7(5-7)and 8(7-9)respectively,indicating that the treatment methods of the two groups could improve the state of consciousness of the patients.Intra-group comparison: the GCS score of the combination group and HBOT group after treatment was significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05).Comparison between the two groups: after treatment, the GCS score of the combination group was higher than that of the HBOT group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the curative effect of the combination group was better than that of the HBOT group.(3)FOUR score results: the FOUR scores before and after treatment in the combined group were 8(6-10)and 9(9-12)respectively,and the FOUR scores of the HBOT group before and after treatment were 8(7-9.75)and 9(8-10.75)respectively,indicating that the treatment methods of the two groups could improve the response of coma patients to external stimuli.Intra-group comparison: the FOUR scores of the combined group and HBOT group after treatment was significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05).Comparison between the two groups: after treatment, the FOUR score of the combination group was higher than that of the HBOT group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the curative effect of the combination group was better than that of the HBOT group.(4)CRS-R score results: The CRS-R scores of the combined group before and after treatment were 3(2-6.75)and 8(6-10)respectively,and the CRS-R scores of the HBOT group before and after treatment were 3(1-4)and 6(3.25-8)respectively,indicating that the treatment methods of the two groups had a better effect on restoring the state of consciousness of the patients.Intra-group comparison: the CRS-R scores of the combined group and HBOT group after treatment was significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05).Comparison between the two groups: after treatment, the CRS-R score of the combination group was higher than that of the HBOT group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the curative effect of the combination group was more significant than that of the HBOT group.Conclusion:(1)Electrical stimulation of the right median nerve combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy and hyperbaric oxygen therapy alone are safe and effective in promoting awakening in coma patients with intracerebral hemorrhage, and both groups can improve the consciousness of coma patients to some extent and improve their response to external stimuli.(2)Electrical stimulation of right median nerve combined with hyperbaric oxygen is more effective in promoting awakening of coma patients with intracerebral hemorrhage, which can reduce the disturbance of consciousness of coma patients, improve the consciousness level of coma patients and promote the recovery of neurological function.
