ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect of right median nerve stimulation for postoperative coma patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods64 cases of postoperative coma patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were collected from June 2015 to June 2016.The patients were randomly divided into groups of control groups and observation groups based on random Numbers.32 people in each group, and the control group was treated by conventional therapy.Based on the control group therapy, the observation group was performed the right median nerve stimulation therapy with the FOCUS 300 PV neuromuscular stimulator.Compare and analyse the extent of coma, recovery time, dysfunction and electroencephalogram(EEG)before and after the treatment on the first day?the seventh day?the fourteenth day?the first month?the third month.ResultsIn the observation group,18 patients regained consciousness, the average awakening time was 8.68 ± 1.40 days.11 cases recovery, the average awakening time was 14.06 ± 3.56 days in the control group patients, the difference of the average recovery time between the two groups was statistically significant(p<0.05).Comparing the FOUR score between the two groups on the first day, there was no statistical difference between two groups(P>0.05).On the seventh day of treatment, the difference of FOUR score was statistically significant(p<0.05),and the brainstem reflex score in the two groups was statistically significant(p<0.05).For the fourteenth day?the first month?the third month,we found there are differences between the two groups in FOUR,CRS-R,DRS score, with statistical significance(p<0.05).Comparing two groups of FOUR ratings, the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, and early in the control group. On the first day of treatment, there is no improvement in EEG comparing that before treatment in both groups; In the seventh day,the control group had no significant improvement in the EEG.The observation group EEG has improved, there are 8 cases of dominate a wave or dominate ? wave,4 cases show the dominant 0 wave,a wave or(3 wave weaken, but there are still three patients show the 0 wave and 8 wave predominance,a wave or ? wave disappeared.ConclusionRight median nerve electrical stimulation treatment for postoperative coma patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage has better effects of regaining consciousness, improves prognosis and promotes the recovery of patient's function.
