Objective: the large-scale prevalence of myopia among children and adolescents is a major public health problem in China and one of the major social problems in the world.Sports as an effective method to prevent and control the progress of myopia has been more and more widely recognized and applied, the current research on the changes of naked eye vision before and after sports to observe the effect of myopia control, but there are few studies on the changes of eyeball biological parameters and regulatory parameters before and after sports intervention. Many medical papers show that ocular biological parameters may have more clinical significance. This study explores the effects of table tennis and badminton on children’s myopia biological parameters and the relationship between ocular regulatory functions,In order to delay and improve children’s visual problems through sports.Participants and methods :36 children aged 7-9 years old with myopia(simple mild myopia SE≤3.00 D)were randomly divided into three groups,12 in each group, table tennis training group, badminton training group and control group.Table tennis left push and right attack training and badminton high distance ball training were conducted for6 months(3 times / week)respectively.Exercise time was 90 min,in both groups Includes 10 min of warm-up and 15 min of games and stretching,65 min Eye Visual Exercise Intervention,The table tennis group and the badminton group adopt the multi-ball training mode of mediumintensity continuous training,Control the intensity of exercise in the range of moderate intensity(55-70% HRmax),Exercise three times a week,Each group of multi-ball training exercise time of 35 min,All other exercises were of moderate intensity 50-60%(HRpeak),Exercise time is 30 min,A maximum heart rate range of about 160 beats/ min,Blood lactic acid control 4-12 mmol/L,after training Blood urea is controlled within 7.5-8 mmol/L,Average RPE index is in the range of 12-15.During the intervention,Health education on correct eye behavior was carried out.Findings:(1)Ophthalmology parametersthe diopter of the left and right eye was increased in the table tennis training group after intervention compared with before intervention, but there was no statistical significance(P>0.05),the axial ratio of the left eye was increased, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the diopter of badminton training group and before intervention increased, and the length of eye axis in left and right eyes was higher than that before intervention(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the diopter, corneal curvature of the right eye and axial ratio of the left eye in the badminton training group after intervention were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).(2)Ophthalmic parametersThe adjustment sensitivity of table tennis training group and badminton training group after intervention was higher than that before intervention(P<0.05),and the range and positive relative regulation of right eye in badminton training group were significantly higher than that of control group after intervention(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between positive and negative relative regulation and adjustment amplitude in table tennis training group(P>0.05),and its adjustment sensitivity was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Table tennis can reduce the diopter of myopia, badminton intervention can improve the regulation function to a certain extent, the intervention of table tennis and badminton can improve the regulation function of children’s myopia and control the progress of myopia to a certain extent. It is worth popularizing and applying in primary and secondary school campus sports.
