Based On Data Mining Technology,this Paper Discusses The Treatment Ideas And Medication Rules Of The Professor Differentiation And Treatment Of Chronic Cough

Objective:Using data mining technology,mining Han Ming xiang famous old Chinese medicine differentiation and treatment of chronic cough thinking and medication rules.Method:Collected through with clinical,06,2019-March 2021 in an hui province hospital cases.surgery professor to make a diagnosis and give treatment of 180 cases chronic cough clinical basis to all patients on the basis of medical information standardization process,and establish the database,using attended information to provide the name of the old Chinese medicine clinic medical record collection and processing system,to analyze it Then analysis the data results are discussed,the relevant conclusions Result:Through data mining technology,the medical records of 180 patients with chronic cough were analyzed,and the following results were obtained.A total of 180 patients with chronic cough were included in this study,and 575 patients were mainly aged51-60 years old,with a balanced gender ratio.Statistics of all medical cases showed 78 symptoms and signs,with a total of 4,532 times.Among them,cough,sputum,sleep,anastomosis,phlegm color,white phlegm quantity,double feces,normal phlegm,sticky feeling,cold,cough,severe wind,and the frequency of occurrence was >300times.Tongue red moss,white greasy moss,thin white vein string,smooth vein,floating vein string appeared more frequently in all tongue veins.The medical cases included 11syndromes: wind-cold attack on the lungs,wind-heat invasion of the lungs,intense wind-twonks,acute phlegm and damp accumulation of the lungs,phlegm heat stagnation of the lungs,phlegm stasis obstruction of the lungs,liver fire invasion of the lungs,inversion of stomach qi,deficiency of lung Yin,deficiency of lung qi,deficiency of lung and kidney.A total of 215 traditional Chinese medicines were involved in the study,with a total of 6629 times.The top 30 traditional Chinese medicines were Aster stericolor,Asteria rotundifolia,Pinellia pinellia,Bitter Almond,Thunberg Fritillaria,Herba grandiflorum,Astragalus ephedra,Asarum prickly rhizome,ginger,Atractylodes rhizoma,Schisandra chinensis,Radix schizandrae,Radix schizandrae,Radix schizandrae,Radix schizandrae,Angelica mulberry,white bark,Deerhorn cream,Cicadae cinnamon,Xinyi peach seed,malt,Silkworm dilongi.According to the statistics of the efficacy of all the drugs,there were 15 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine,including cough and antiasthmatic drugs and qi and phlegm regulating drugs,with an average frequency of >1000 times,From the aspect of sexual taste,we can know that warm and flat drugs are more,pungent and sweet drugs are more;It can be obtained from the situation that the lung,spleen and kidney meridians belong to more.32 association rules of high-frequency drugs and drugs were excavated by association analysis.Through cluster analysis,the core drug combinations of Professor Han for the treatment of this disease were summarized,including 4 drug groups.Complex network analysis was used to obtain the network display diagram of syndromes,drugs and core prescriptions,in which the core prescriptions consisted of 15 traditional Chinese medicines,They are respectively ephedra,dried ginger,asarum schizandrae,radix paeoniae paeoniae,aster,collarwinter flower,100 parts of herba,herba,bitter apricot,almond,mustard,poria,dried tangerine peel,prepared liquorice.Conclusion:1.In terms of etiology and pathogenesis,Han Lao believed that the deficiency of lung,spleen and kidney was the internal cause,the invasion of lung by external evil was the external cause,and the invasion of lung by phlegm and blood stasis was the important pathogenic factor.2.In treatment,both internal and external considerations,and the use of Gan xin;Wen yang drink,Qi Qi line blood stasis;Distinguish the disease position and treat the viscera;Make good use of drug combinations.3.According to the complex network analysis,the core prescription has the function of warming the lung and relieving cough,regulating qi and reducing phlegm,and can treat all types of chronic cough syndrome with reasonable treatment.
