Observation On The Clinical Effect Of Xiaoyizhitong Recipe Combined With Acupoint Application Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In The Treatment Of Adenomyosis

Objective: By observing the changes in patient research indicators before and after treatment,explore the clinical efficacy of Xiaoyizhitong Recipe combined with traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application in the treatment of adenomyosis,evaluate the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine on adenomyosis,and further explore the feasibility of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of adenomyosis,and provide clinical experience for the treatment of adenomyosis with Chinese medicine.Methods:Randomly divide 60 patients with adenomyosis into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.According to the theory of "internal and external treatment" in traditional Chinese medicine,the observation group adopted self-made Xiaoyizhitong Recipe combined with acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine.The control group was only treated with Xiaoyizhitong Recipe.Xiaoyizhitong Recipe should be taken from the 3rd day after each menstrual period,and continue to be taken every day until the next menstruation,once a day in the morning and evening,once a day,and not taken during menstruation.Peach kernel,three-lens,zedoary turmeric,danpi,cinnamon sticks are used for traditional Chinese medicine application,take Shenque,Guanyuan,Zhongji,and Uterus(bilateral)as the main acupoints,apply 4 hours each time,and once every other day.Both groups were treated for 3 consecutive menstrual cycles,pay attention to the safety of its treatment and monitor whether there are adverse reactions.Record the changes in the research observation indicators of VAS pain score,dysmenorrhea syndrome score,TCM syndrome score,and uterine volume of the two groups of patients before and after treatment.After sorting and summarizing the data,use SPSS 26.0 software for analysis,combining the statistical results to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Xiaoyizhitongfang combined with acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine on the treatment of adenomyosis.Results:Each group included 30 patients with adenomyosis.The observation group had no significant differences with the control group in terms of age,VAS score,dysmenorrhea score,TCM syndrome score,and uterine volume(P>0.05).It suggests that the baselines of the two groups of data are roughly at the same level.The treatment process was smooth,no cases fell off,and no obvious adverse reactions.The results are as follows:(1)After treatment,the VAS score of the observation group was reduced from 6.13±1.43 points to 3.30±1.31 points,the dysmenorrhea symptom score was reduced from 11.36±2.82 points to 5.17±2.01 points,and the TCM syndrome scores were reduced from the original 13.40 points±2.71 points decreased to 6.76±2.14 points;after treatment in the control group,the VAS score decreased from 5.96±1.32 points to 5.03±1.54 points,the dysmenorrhea symptom score was reduced from 11.08±2.78 points to 7.26±2.74 points,and TCM syndrome scores from the original 13.36±2.53 points to 8.56 ± 2.28 points,the observation indexes of the two groups were significantly different before and after treatment(P<0.05).(2)After treatment,the VAS score,dysmenorrhea score,and TCM syndrome score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group.The data of each group were compared between groups,and the differences were statistically significant.(3)There was no statistical difference between the observation group and the control group before and after the treatment of uterine size within the group and between the groups.(4)The comprehensive curative effect of observation group and control group after treatment were 90% and 76.66% respectively,and there was a statistical difference between the two.Conclusion:The two treatment methods of observation group and control group can alleviate the degree of dysmenorrhea of patients,relieve the symptoms of dysmenorrhea,and improve the TCM syndromes of patients.From the data analysis,the observation group’s therapeutic effect on improving the clinical symptoms of adenomyosis with Xiaoyizhitongfang combined with traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application is more significant than the control group using Xiaoyizhitongfang alone,and the overall effect is better.However,the two groups had no obvious effect on reducing the size of the uterus.From this we can fully see that TCM treatment of adenomyosis,the combination of internal Chinese medicine and external Chinese medicine has a definite effect without obvious adverse reactions.This treatment plan is safe and more effective.It is worth continuing to explore research and clinical promotion,and it can also be used for future doctors’ reference and innovation.
