Clinical Observation Of Qi's Yangluan Recipe Combined With Acupoint Application In The Treatment Of Poor Ovarian Response

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Qi's yangluan recipe combined with acupoint application in the treatment of patients with poor ovarian response,thereby evaluating the value of internal and external combination therapy of traditional Chinese medicine in assisted reproduction,and to summarize Professor Qi Cong's experience in the diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine with low ovarian response.Methods: A total of 96 patients who met the diagnostic criteria for poor ovarian response from February 2017 to December 2018 were collected.According to the willingness to take the medicine,they were divided into treatment group(56 cases)and control group(40 cases).In the treatment group,Qi's yangluan prescription was combined with acupoint application,and the control group was given Qi's yangluan prescription.Both groups were treated continuously for 3 months.Ovarian function indexes(b FSH,b FSH/LH,AMH,AFC),the ovulation induction in the two groups(the number of days and total dose of Gn,the number of oocytes obtained,the number of mature oocytes,,and the total number of embryos,high quality embryos,the rate of mature oocytes,high quality embryonic rate),pregnancy outcomes,TCM syndrome scores,the total effective rate of the two groups were observed before and after treatment in both groups.Results: 1.Comparison of ovarian function indicators: After 3 months of treatment,the ovarian function indexes of both groups were better than before treatment(P<0.05),and the ovarian function levels were improved.Compared with the control group,the improvement of ovarian function index(b FSH,AMH,AFC)in the treatment group was better(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in b FSH/LH(P>0.05).2.Comparison of ovulation induction:(1)Compared with the control group,the total dose of Gn in the treatment group of Qi's yangluan combined with acupoint application decreased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the number of days of Gn use(P>0.05).(2)The number of oocytes,mature oocytes in the treatment group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).(3)The total number of embryos,the number of high quality embryos and the high quality embryos rate in the treatment group were better than those in the control group.There was a statistical difference(P<0.05).(4)Compared with the control group,the mature embryos rate and the excellent embryo rate of the treatment group increased,there was a statistical difference(P<0.05).(5)The clinical pregnancy rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,but it was not statistically significant(P>0.05).3.Comparison of TCM symptom scores: After 3 months of treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of both groups improved(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the TCM syndrome scores in the treatment group improved better,and the TCM symptoms improved more significantly,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Comparison of total effective rate: After 3 months of treatment,the total effective rate was 85.7% in the treatment group and 67.5% in the control group.The treatment group was superior to the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Qi's yangluan recipe combined with acupoint application can further improve ovarian function,ovarian response,quality,oocytes obtained rate and excellent embryonic rate,and better alleviate clinical symptoms of TCM,and finally improve total efficiency.This study suggests that TCM internal and external combination therapy can further regulate the hypothalamic pituitary ovary axis,improve ovarian hyporesponsiveness.This research highlight the application value of TCM internal and external combination therapy in assisted reproduction,which is worthy of popularization and application.
