Objective:Under the guidance of the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),to observe the clinical effect of the method of liqitongfu to promote postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery, and to use the basic theory of TCM to explore the mechanism of postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery, and to elaborate the relationship between female constitution and postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery,so as to provide theoretical basis for modern clinical practice. Methods: A total of 60 patients with laparoscopic surgery who were admitted to the Department of Gynecology of Jiangxi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2018 to October 2020 were selected and randomly divided after surgery. In the treatment group,30 patients were given conventional fluid supplementation combined with oral oral Chinese medicine of liqitongfu after surgery(prescription composition: Zhidahuang granules 12 g,Chaozhike granules 10 g,Taoren granules 10 g,Chaolaifuzi granules 10 g,Jianghoupu granules 10 g,Chishao granules 10 g,Wuyao granules 10 g,Huangqi granules 10 g,Dangshen granules 10g;TCM granules were provided by No.2 Granules Pharmacy of Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and produced by Jiangxi Baishen Pharmaceutical);Usage: take 6 hours after operation,1 bag each time,2 times/day,stop defecation. The control group(n=30)received routine fluid replacement after operation. The observation time of both groups was 3 days after surgery. The observation contents : 1.Exhaust gas, defecation time;2.Frequency and degree of symptoms such as nausea, abdominal distension, and abdominal pain.Results:1.According to the integral comparison of the overall efficacy scale of gastrointestinal function recovery for three consecutive days after surgery, the overall efficacy of the first day after surgery was 74.82±14.23 in the treatment group and58±9.52 in the control group, with significant difference(P < 0.01).The overall curative effect on the second day after operation was 98.92±5.66 in the treatment group and 87.33±14.12 in the control group,(P < 0.01)with significant difference. The overall efficacy on the third day after operation was 99.46±2.83 in the treatment group and 92±7.61 in the control group(P < 0.01).That is,the curative effect scores of the treatment group were significantly different from those of the control group for three consecutive days after operation(P<0.01).2.Comparison of the first postoperative exhaust defecation time: the first exhaust time in the treatment group(24.25±8.43)h was shorter than that in the control group(29.07±7.22)h;The first defecation time(39.77±12.21)h was shorter than that of the control group(53.54±10.29)h.There was statistically significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05),and there was significant difference in the time of first defecation.3.According to the score comparison of single therapeutic effect of gastrointestinal function recovery for three consecutive days after surgery, intestinal sounds on the first day after surgery:12.5±2.54 in the treatment group and 10.0±0.00 in the control group,P < 0.01.Nausea symptoms on the second day after operation were 19.64±1.88 in the treatment group and 16.44±4.79 in the control group,P < 0.01.The symptoms of abdominal distension pain on the second day after surgery were 14.82±0.94 in the treatment group and12.66±2.53 in the control group,P < 0.01.That is,the symptoms of bowel sounds on the first day after the operation and the symptoms of nausea and abdominal distension on the second day after the operation were P < 0.01,and the differences were significant. The score of other postoperative symptoms was P< 0.05,no statistical difference was found. Conclusion: The results show that the application of liqitongfu method in the treatment of postoperative gastrointestinal dysfunction has advantages in advancing the time of exhaust and defecation and improving the adverse reactions caused by gastrointestinal dysfunction for three days after surgery, which is worthy of extensive clinical use.
