Research On The Medication Rule Of Professor He Xiaohui In The Treatment Of Gastric Cancer Based On Data Mining

Purposes: Aiming at analyzing Professor He Xiaohui’s medication rules for the treatment for gastric cancer and summarizing his clinical experience to guide the application of Chinese medicine in the future clinical prevention and treatment of the disease,the author of this thesis adopted data mining in systematically sorting out Professor He’s clinical medical records for the treatment for gastric cancer via the "Ancient and Modern Medical Record Cloud Platform" system.Methods: First of all,collect and sort out the cases of Professor He Xiaohui where he treated for gastric cancer from September 2018 to February 2021 in the Traditional Chinese Medicine Hall and Sanxitang Traditional Chinese Medicine Clinic,both of which are the Affiliated Hospitals of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Next,standardize the symptoms,syndromes and drug names of 126 clinical cases containing complete data and meeting the standards,and establish the original database by entering these data with Microsoft Excel software.Then,import the database into "Ancient and Modern Medical Record Cloud Platform(V2.3.5)" to find out the rules and characteristics of its medication by analyzing the patients’ age,gender,improvement of clinical symptoms before and after treatment,frequency of medication use,attributes of traditional Chinese medicine,drug efficacy by methods of association rules,cluster analysis,complex network analysis.Lastly,based on the statistical results and clinical reality,summarize the doctor’s medication rules and clinical experience in the treatment for gastric cancer.Results:1.In 126 cases,the most frequent clinical symptoms are fatigue,anorexia,weight loss,dry mouth,stomach pain,bloating,poor sleep sound,loose stools,etc.;the statistical results of syndrome types show that there are 12 types,among which Spleen and stomach weakness are the most common syndromes.2.A total of 147 traditional Chinese medicines were used in this study,with a total frequency of 11588 medications,and an average of17.5 medications per prescription.The top 10 medications were Astragalus,Atractylodes,Radix Pseudostellariae,Poria,Scutellaria Barbata,Endothelium Corneum Gigeriae Galli,Oldenlandia Diffusa,Angelica Sinensis,Ganoderma Lucidum and Solanum Nigrum.3.When 147 traditional Chinese medicines are divided into 15 categories according to their efficacy,the top 6 of their use frequency are in order of tonic drugs,heat-clearing and detoxifying drugs,diuretic and dampening drugs,antiseptic drugs,tranquilizers,and qi regulating drugs,among which the frequency of use of tonic drug was 4,661 times,ranking first.4.The four qi of traditional Chinese medicines are mainly calm,cold,warm and cold,among which the calm medicine ranks first.The five flavors of traditional Chinese medicines are mainly sweet,bitter,pungent,and light.The sweetness ranks first,followed by bitterness and pungency.The medicines are mainly targeted at the spleen,lung,liver and kidney meridians,which are the most closely related to the spleen meridian,followed by the lung meridian.5.Perform cluster analysis on the top 30 traditional Chinese medicines with a distance of ≥18 as the boundary,and they can be divided into the following 6 groups: Group 1: Agrimonia,Radix Aquilinum,Caulis Spatholobi;Group 2: Ishimitan,Gynostemma Pentaphyllum,Kiwi Root;Group 3: Dandelion,Citrus Aurantium,Pinellia Ginger;Group 4: Yam,Coix Seed,Epimedium;Group 5:Ligustrum Lucidum,Polygonatum;Group 6: Cistanche,Solanum Nigrum,Solanum Lyratum Thunb,Ganoderma Lucidum,Endothelium Corneum Gigeriae Galli,Angelica,Scutellaria Barbata,Oldenlandia Diffusa,Poria Cocos,Taizishen,Astragalus,Atractylodes Macrocephala.6.Based on complex network analysis,it can be concluded that Professor He ’ s core prescriptions for the treatment of gastric cancer are Astragalus,Atractylodes,Poria,Pseudostellaria,Gallus Gallus,Scutellaria Barbata,Angelica,Ganoderma Lucidum,Oldenlandia Diffusa,Cistanche,Ligustrum Lucidum,Polygonatum,Yam,Dandelion.Conclusion: Through analyzing the law of medication used by Professor He Xiaohui in the treatment for gastric cancer by method of data mining,it can be concluded that Professor He treats for gastric cancer mainly with tonic drugs,followed by heat-clearing and detoxifying drugs,diuretic and dampening drugs,and antiseptic drugs.He believes that the key to the occurrence of gastric cancer is that the human body is weak in qi and blood,insufficient in yin and yang,heat toxin,blood stasis,phlegm turbidity and other pathological factors.When doctors formulate prescriptions,their attention should be paid to the balance between the physiological function and pathological state of the spleen and stomach.The treatment of gastric cancer,which should be based on physical state,is mainly strengthening healthy qi,eliminating pathogenic factors according to different diseases,as well as nourishing the spleen and stomatch.
