Objective:This study of senile coronary atherosclerosis heart disease(CHD)patients using SARC-CalF scale less muscle disease screening, the correlation of senile coronary heart disease(CHD)and less muscle disease are discussed,at the same time analyze the related risk factors in elderly patients with coronary heart disease and less muscle disorder of diagnose early screening, provide reference for its further assessment and intervention. Methods:A total of 133 elderly patients with coronary heart disease diagnosed by coronary angiography in the geriatrics department and cardiology department of the First Hospital of Shanxi Medical University were selected as the subjects.SARC-CalF scale was used to evaluate sarcopenia in all selected patients, and they were divided into sarcopenia group(n=36)and non-sarcopenia group(n=94)according to the scoring results.Collect all the general information of patients, including age, gender, height, weight, smoking history, drinking history, the nutritional status(MNA-SF score),activity levels, hypertension,as well as total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),hemoglobin(HGB),albumin(ALB),blood glucose(GLU),creatinine(SCr),uric acid(UA)and other related biochemical indexes, echocardiography and coronary angiography results were detected and collected.statistically analyzed the differences in clinical data, biochemical indexes and cardiac structure and function between the two groups,to further analyze the incidence of elderly coronary heart disease with sarcopenia and the correlation between the results of SARC-CalF score and the degree of coronary vascular lesions, and analyze the risk factors of elderly coronary heart disease complicated with sarcopenia.Results:(1)Compared with the non-sarcopenia group, patients in the sarcopenia group had older age, lower BIM,poorer exercise ability, and poorer nutritional status(all P<0.001),at the same time the comparison between the two groups found sarcopenia group had the low level of total protein(TP),albumin(ALB),hemoglobin(HGB),and the left atrium diameter(LAD)and the left ventricular end-diastolic dimension(LVDD)increased obviously, but cardiac output per minute(CO)were significantly decreased, with statistical significance(P < 0.05).(2)28.57% of the elderly patients with coronary heart disease were suffering from sarcopenia, among which 30.67% were males, which 27.59% were females, the incidence of sarcopenia increased significantly with the increase of the degree of coronary artery disease.(3)SARC-CalF score was positively correlated with the degree of coronary artery disease(Gensini score),and the difference was statistically significant(rs=0.322,P=0.000).(4)Age,BMI and nutritional status were independent risk factors for elderly coronary heart disease complicated with sarcopenia(OR=1.485,0.261,0.150;95%CI1.089~2.024,0.112~0.609,0.074~0.302;P=0.012,0.002,0.000).Conclusion:In this study, elderly CHD patients were screened for sarcopenia using the SARC-Cal F scale, and it was found that elderly CHD was significantly correlated with sarcopenia, and advanced age,low BIM,and malnutrition were all independent risk factors for elderly CHD complicated with sarcopenia.
