Development,reliability And Validity Of Voice Training KAP Questionnaire For Voice Training Patients

Objective:The questionnaire of voice training knowledge and belief of voice training patients with good reliability and validity was developed,which provides a scientific evaluation tool for the voice professional to investigate the current situation of voice training knowledge and credit practice of voice training patients;In order to explore the related factors,to formulate relevant interventions and achieve the purpose of rehabilitation voice and better improve the quality of life of patients.Methods:(1)Based on the theory of knowledge,attitude and practice,the article is constructed by consulting voice related literature and books(2)After two rounds of expert consultation,we modified the items and selected 30 patients who received voice training in the voice function room of a tertiary hospital in Taiyuan city by convenience sampling to conduct a pre survey,so as to understand the patients’ understanding of the items and popularize the professional terms as much as possible(3)From September to December in 2020,205 voice training patients from a tertiary hospital in Taiyuan city were selected for investigation.Spss23.0 and amos24.0 software were used for item screening and reliability and validity test to make the items more scientific and applicable,and the final questionnaire was established.Results:(1)Results of expert consultation: the effective recovery rates of two rounds of experts were 89% and 94% respectively.897 and 0.900 respectively.The Kendall’s coordination coefficients of the two rounds were 0.238 and 0.245 respectively(P < 0.001).The coefficients of variation of the two rounds were 0.05 ～ 0.23 and 0.00 ～ 0.12,respectively.The average of each item in the two rounds changed from 4.06 to 4.94 and from 4.25 to 5.00 respectively.The full score ratio of the two rounds changed from 0.17 to0.94 and 0.25 to 1 respectively.(2)Reliability and validity test results: the questionnaire contains three dimensions,25 items,exploratory factor analysis extracted three factors,cumulative variance contribution rate is 65.234,Cronbach’s α coefficient is 0.900,half reliability is 0.885.The content validity index of each item is 1,and the overall content validity index of the questionnaire is 1.The confirmatory factor x2 / DF = 2.252,RMSEA = 0.078,GFI =0.818.Conclusion:The questionnaire has good reliability and validity.It can be used as a reliable tool for voice workers to investigate the status quo of voice training KAP of voice training patients.
