Clinical Efficacy Evaluation Of Fire Needle Combined With Compound Clobetasol Propionate Ointment In The Treatment Of Hand Keratogenic Eczema

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of fire needle combined with compound clobetasol propionate ointment in the treatment of hand keratosis eczema.Methods:According to the random number table method,80 patients with hand eczema were randomly divided into 40 each in the treatment group and the control group.The control group was treated with compound clobetasol propionate ointment for external use twice a day,and the treatment group was treated with fire acupuncture on the basis of the control group,once a week for four weeks.Before treatment,2 weeks of treatment and 4 weeks of treatment,the area of skin lesions,erythema,scales,mossy,chapped,HECSI and pruritus were evaluated.Statistical analysis performed using SPSS22.0 software.Results:1.Case completion: In the course of the study,4 cases were eliminated in the treatment group,36 cases were finally completed,3 cases were eliminated in the control group,37 cases were finally completed,and 73 patients completed the study.2.Efficacy evaluation :After 2 weeks of treatment,compared with before treatment,the scores of subjective and objective symptoms in both groups were statistically different(P<0.05).The scores of Skin loss area,erythema,scaly,HECSI and subjective pruritus were significantly different between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the mossed,chapped integration of the two groups(P>0.05).It shows that the two treatment schemes had a similar effect on the improvement of moss change and chapped index within 2 weeks.After 4 weeks of treatment,compared with before treatment,the scores of subjective and objective symptoms in both groups were statistically different(P< 0.05).Compared with2 weeks of treatment,the scores of subjective and objective symptoms of the two groups were statistically different(P<0.05),indicating that the clinical efficacy of the two schemes for hand keratosis eczema was increasing continuously within 4 weeks.Compared with the control group,the scores of subjective and objective symptoms were statistically different(P<0.05),and the curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.Comparison of comprehensive curative effects of skin lesions: After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate was 97.2% in the treatment group and 81.1% in the control group.The treatment group was significantly superior to the control group,and the two groups had very significant statistical differences(P< 0.001).3.Safety evaluation: During the treatment,a patient in the treatment group with water caused mild local skin infection,symptoms improved after symptomatic treatment and did not affect the treatment.No adverse reactions in the control group.Comparison of adverse reactions between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05)Conclusion:1.Fire needle combined with compound clobetasol propionate ointment can effectively improve erythema,scales,mossy,chapped and pruritus.2.The combination of fire needle and compound clobetasol propionate ointment in the treatment of hand keratogenic eczema is effective,safe and reliable.
