Hyperlipidemia In Patients With Psychological Stress And Social Support Of Related Research

Research objective:The purpose of this study is through the understanding of patients with hyperlipidemia (taking Ping ding shan as an example) faced by this special group of psychological pressure, can be obtained with the use of social support status, to further explore the relationship between hyperlipidemia patients psychological stress and social support, on this basis, suggestions on the construction of a family as the center, the hospital, the work unit (community) social support system and the family of the Trinity to intervention of hyperlipidemia patients psychological pressure, to help patients to reduce the psychological pressure, promote their physical and mental health.Research methods:This study used a questionnaire survey by Yang Desen Zhang Yalin compiled the " life event scale "(Life Event Scale, LES,1956) as the psychological pressure to patients with hyperlipidemia tool. Selection by means of Xiao for " social support rating scale "(social support Rating scale, SSRS,1990) as a measure of hyperlipidemia in patients with social support tool. In Pingdingshan area,900hyperlipidemia patients as the research object, the obtained data was analyzed using SPSS17.0software for data analysis and statistics. First of all, through descriptive statistics, explained that the psychological pressure of adult college students (including the family life, work and social and other three aspects), social support (including objective support, subjective support and utilization of social support in three dimensions) the overall situation, secondly, using independent sample t-test or independent sample one-way analysis of variance (one Way ANOVA) method to analyze relevant data. Again, using statistical methods of correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis, to explore the relationship between hyperlipidemia patients mental pressure and social support and their dimensions variables; finally, on this basis, suggestions on the construction of a family as the center, hospital, work units and family social support system of the Trinity to intervene the psychological pressure problems in patients with hyperlipidemia.The research results:Based on the questionnaire, analyzed statistically based on the collected data, the results of this study indicate that:1. Hyperlipidemia patients psychological pressure (including the family life, work and social and other three aspects) the average level is significantly higher than the normal value, belongs to the high psychological stress group in society; their mental pressure in the background characteristics (reflected in the gender, marriage status and family economic status) with significant differences in habits and characteristics and industry. 2. Social support and subjective support,2patients with hyperlipemia objective support in the middle and lower level, while in the middle level of the utilization of social support; social support in their background characteristics (gender, marital status, reflected in the employment situation and the economic situation of the family aspect) aspects of the difference was not significant, in the industry education and habit characteristics (subjective support of industry) has significant differences.3. Hyperlipemia patients psychological pressure (negative events) and social support (total) showed significant negative correlation, psychological pressure (negative events) and negatively correlated with objective support, and negatively correlated with subjective support, and positively correlated with the degree of support.4. Hyperlipemia patients psychological pressure (negative event value), social support (total) regression effect is significant, that their mental pressure prediction, good social support finally, on this basis, suggestions on the construction of a family as the center, hospital, work units and family the trinity of society support system.The conclusion of the study:1. Patients with hyperlipidemia have certain psychological pressure.2. Hyperlipemia patients social support are at low level.3. Hyperlipidemia patients’psychological stress and social support were negatively correlated.4. Family, hospital, unit of work (community) should be given to patients with hyperlipidemia support.
