Analysis And Evaluation On Reentry Situation Of HBsAg And Anti-TP Single Reagent Reactive Blood Donors In Anhui Province

Objective To analyze the reentry and redonation situation of HBs Ag and Anti-TP single reagent reactive blood donors from 2018 to 2019 in Anhui province,to verify the feasivility and rationality of reentry strategy of blood donors in Anhui province,to improve the work of reentry,to protect the rights and interests of blood donors,and to ensure the blood safety.Methods After 6 months of shielding,the HBs Ag and Anti-TP single reagent reactive blood donors might apply for returning to the team of blood donors.The blood bank which shielded those donors should draw blood and conduct double reagent blood screening,those samples which were negative should be delivered to Anhui Blood Center to conduct reentry detections.Nucleic acid test,HBs Ag,HBc Ab and neutralization tests are required in HBV reentry project.TP Ab screening and TPPA experiment are essential in TP reentry project.Blood donors who are negative for all the experiments are allowed to return to the team.Results 188 person-portions of samples for returning to team from 2018 to 2019 were delivered to Anhui Blood Center,149 of them were negative,the qualified rate was79.26%.The qualified rate in TP projects was higher than HBV projects(χ~2=23.78,P<0.05).There were more reentry blood donors in Hefei,Fuyang,Wuhu and Luan.Highly educated and young blood donors were more willing to return to the blood donation team.24 of 48 qualified reentry blood donors donated blood again,the volume are11500ml for the whole blood and 70U for soterocyte.Conclusion The reentry strategy of single reagent reactive blood donors in Anhui province is effective and feasible,but there are still some deficiencies in trace of donors and communication,the work of blood donor reentry needs to be improved.
