to collect and grasp women’s health needs. This article comprehensively grasps the health needs of women’s health care, including accurately identifying the level of health care needs, the level of scientific decision-making based on health care needs, and the level of dynamic adjustment of goal setting, which opens up a new path for improving women’s health care. Objective:Analyze and evaluate the ability of Anhui Province to grasp women’s health needs, clarify the advantages and disadvantages of Anhui Province in grasping health needs, explore the problems of Anhui Province’s women’s health care system, and propose optimization strategies from the perspective of grasping health needs.Method:Under the guidance of the health system macro model method, the research theme is determined, and based on the idea of content analysis, the research literature, policy documents and other information are collected, quantified and statistically calculated through Excel and spss, and the standardized gap analysis method is used.Interpretation and analysis of quantitative results are carried out by sexual analysis method and comparative research method.Results:(1)Quantitative evaluation of the degree of accurately identifying women’s health needsThe degree of accurate recognition of women’s health needs in Anhui Province is 31.3%,which is lower than Shanghai’s 54.1%,which is 36.8% of the appropriate standard. After correlation regression analysis,it is found that there is a significant difference between the degree of accurate recognition of women’s and children’s health needs and health outcomes in Anhui and Shanghai. It is statistically significant(P<0.01),and the explanation degree of the equation is 77.8% and 26.5% respectively.(2)Quantitative evaluation of the degree of scientific decision-making for women’s health needsThe level of scientific decision-making in Anhui Province based on public needs is76.1%,which is an increase of 973.1% compared to 2000,which is 89.6% of the appropriate standard. The level of scientific decision-making in Shanghai in 2000 has reached 85.1%,and in 2019 it has increased to 91.9%.There is a significant correlation between the degree of scientific decision-making based on women’s health care needs and health outcomes in Anhui Province(P<0.01),and the degree of explanation of the equation is 41.0%.(3)Quantitative evaluation for dynamic adjustment of targets for women’s health care needsIn 2019,the degree of dynamic adjustment of the target setting in Anhui Province according to the needs of women’s health care was only 10.1%,which is 11.9% of the appropriate standard, and the degree of dynamic adjustment of the target setting in Shanghai was 16.6%.There is a significant negative correlation between the degree to which Anhui Province adjusts the target setting according to the needs of women’s health care and the maternal mortality rate(P<0.01),with an explanation degree of39.3%.(4)Anhui Province grasps women’s health care needs and quantitative evaluation of health outcomesAnhui Province’s ability to grasp women’s specific health needs is 40.3%,which is 15 percentage points lower than that of Shanghai.Anhui and Shanghai’s ability to grasp women’s health needs is 47.5% and 65.8% of the appropriate level, respectively. The degree of understanding of women’s specific health needs in Anhui and Shanghai was significantly correlated with their respective maternal mortality rate(P<0.05),and the correlation coefficients were 57.0% and 15.9% respectively.Conclusion:(1)The Anhui Provincial Government and others have paid attention to the needs of women’s health careThe Anhui Provincial Government and other departments have been able to make full and effective use of maternal and child health monitoring information and regularly release information on sensitive indicators related to issues such as maternal system management rate and hospital delivery rate, and have relatively accurate and comprehensive identification of women’s health care information. The government has been able to make more scientific decisions based on needs, which fully reflects the important supporting role of the government’s scientific decisions on women’s health care.(2)Anhui Province still needs to improve the level of women’s health care needsAnhui Province has been able to grasp the needs of women’s health care to a certain extent, but there is still a large gap between the appropriate standards, and the scope and content of sensitive indicator information is still relatively narrow and thin.Governments, professional institutions, and research institutions must continue to release comprehensive and accurate women’s health data. They should increase the interconnection and sharing of information between the three parties, improve their ability to publish women’s health information, and ensure the timeliness and timeliness of information release.Continuity.
