R Esearch On Prevention And Control Mechanism Of Major Public Health Emergencies In Grass-roots Governments

With China’s reform and opening up and building a well-off society in an all-round way,a series of major achievements have been made.At the same time,public health incidents are also frequent.Whether the grass-roots government can take timely and effective response measures is crucial for social progress and stability.In reality,many grass-roots governments need to improve their response to public emergencies.From the perspective of grassroots government,this paper discusses how to deal with public health emergencies under the background of normalization of epidemic situation.Based on the theory of crisis management and governance theory,based on the clarifying the definition of primary government and public health emergencies,taking Fengfeng mining town government to prevent and control New Coronavirus pneumonia as a case,this paper,through a detailed review of the prevention and control process and the prevention and control measures,shows the whole process of prevention and control in a relatively complete and detailed way,and the grass-roots government should deal with major public emergencies.Objective and scientific analysis of the prevention and control mechanism of health events,and pointed out some problems exposed in the process.On this basis,combined with the specific functions and work content of the grass-roots government,the paper puts forward the countermeasures to improve the prevention and control mechanism of major public health emergencies under the background of the normalization of the epidemic situation,mainly from the system,mechanism and management level of early warning management;involving the main departments and personnel,collaborative departments,the public,etc.,it puts forward specific and feasible solutions,and puts forward some suggestions It includes four aspects: establishing a normal mechanism to deal with all kinds of public health emergencies,improving the rapid response mechanism to deal with major public health emergencies,paying attention to the cadre team building and accountability mechanism,and establishing a social and public psychological emergency intervention mechanism.Under the background of the normalization of epidemic prevention and control,it is of promotion and reference significance to explore and improve the prevention and control mechanism of grass-roots government to deal with major public health emergencies.
