| Objective:Explore the application of music therapy intervention in postoperative care of children with ventricular septal defect repair, evaluate its application effects, and provide guidance for the application of music therapy in children’s clinical nursing. Methods:Children with ventricular septal defect diagnosed by ultrasound and with surgical indications were selected from the third-class hospital in Nanchang City,Jiangxi Province.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,60 cases were randomly divided into control group and intervention group. The control group was treated with routine preoperative education and routine pain nursing. The intervention group was given music therapy intervention on the basis of the control group, and the overall music library included sedative type, antidepressant type and excitatory type. The general conditions of the two groups of children, the psychological factors of the children before and after the operation(such as sleep, anxiety, depression),postoperative pain indicators, postoperative clinical and rehabilitation indicators were collected. The data obtained were analyzed using SPSS25.0 statistical software.Measurement data conforming to the normal distribution were described by the mean± standard deviation, and the comparison between groups was performed by two independent samples t-test;the measurement data for non-normal distribution used the median and four.Quantile description, using non-parametric rank sum test;P<0.05 is considered statistically significant.Results:1.There was no statistical difference between the two groups in gender, age, weight, ventricular septal defect area, ejection fraction, total time of extracorporeal circulation during operation, aortic block time, and total operation time.2.The sleep state(P=0.011,P<0.05),anxiety score(P=0.024,P<0.05),and depression state(P=0.016,P<0.05)in the postoperative psychological evaluation of the music therapy intervention group Compared with the conventional care control group,it is statistically significant.3.The pain-related evaluation indicators of the music therapy intervention group such as: FLACC score(P=0.012,P<0.05)and the dosage of additional analgesics(P=0.040,P<0.05)are statistically significant compared with the conventional nursing control group.4.The postoperative clinical indicators and rehabilitation indicators of the music therapy intervention group such as: postoperative systolic blood pressure(P=0.014,P<0.05),heart rate(P=0.016,P<0.05),CRP(P=0.013,P<0.05)),suture removal days(P=0.035,P<0.05),total hospitalization time(P=0.041,P<0.05)compared with the routine care control group were statistically significant. Conclusion:Music therapy can be safely used for postoperative care of children with ventricular septal defect repair under open-thoracic cardiopulmonary bypass. It can improve the postoperative sleep quality and psychological status of children, relieve postoperative pain and promote postoperative recovery of children, thereby improving the quality of life. This research provides theoretical evidence and practical experience for clinical nursing work. |
