Objectives:1.To provide a scientific research tool for understanding the incidence of postpartum posttraumatic stress disorder in Chinese women, the Urban Childbirth Trauma Scale was introduced and its reliability and validity was tested.2.The Chinese scale was used to investigate the status of postpartum posttraumatic stress disorder(PTSD),analyze its influencing factors, and explore the applicability of the scale under the Chinese cultural background.Methods:1.Reliability and validity of the Chinese version of the scale:Authorized by the original author, the English version of the scale was translated, translated back, culturally adjusted and pre-tested according to the Brislin translation model, and finally the Chinese version of the City Bits scale was formed. To evaluate the reliability and validity of the questionnaire, the convenience sampling method was used to investigate 328 puerpera from 2 Grade A hospitals in Zhenjiang City.Use SPSS22.0 for data analysis, use item analysis to filter items, content validity, and structure validity to evaluate the validity of the scale, and exploratory factor analysis to determine the dimensions of the scale;use Cronbach’s α coefficient,test-retest reliability, and half-reliability evaluation Scale reliability.2.Status Survey:Using convenience sampling method,248 parturients from 2 t ertiary A hospitals in Zhenjiang City were selected as the research objects.T he general information questionnaire,City Birth Trauma Scale,Edinburgh postn atal depressionscale and state anxiety questionnaire were used to measure the status ofpostpartum post-traumatic stress disorder.SPSS22.0 was used for desc riptive statistics, single factor analysis, and logistic regression analysis to det ermine the influencing factors of post-traumatic stress disorder.Results:1.The results of item analysis of the scale showed that there was statistical s ignificance between the groups of high and low items(P<0.001).Thecorrelat ion coefficient between each item and the total score of the scaleranged fro m 0.599 to 0.746,with>0.4 for all. Therefore,no item was deleted.Explorato ry factor analysis was conducted on symptom response scale(Q3~Q22).Two common factors were generated, and the cumulative variance contribution rat e was 54.907%.The content validity index of thetotal table was 0.93.The Cr onbach’s α coefficient of the total table was 0.934,the Cronbach’s α coeffic ient of each dimension was 0.896~0.906,the retest reliability was 0.908,and the half reliability was 0.821.2.The overall symptom score of posttraumatic stress disorder ranged from 0 to58(8.76±11.05)points.A total of 22 women met the diagnostic criteria A to E for PTSD in DSM-5,and excluded criteria H,that is,the detection rate of postpartum PTSD was 8.87%.There was a positive correlation between postpartum anxiety and depression and the scores of postpartum PTSD(r=0.257,r=0.474,all P<0.01).Univariate analysis showed that marital status, gestational age, type of delivery, method of conception, complications or complications during pregnancy, and whether to transfer to the neonatal intensive care unit(NICU)has a certain impact on the PTSD of pregnant women after delivery(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that gestational age, type of delivery, whether to NICU,state anxiety, postpartum depression were the influencing factors of postpartum post-traumatic stress disorder.Conclusions:1.The Chinese version of the City Bits scale includes 29 items, including two dimensions of childbirth related symptoms and general symptoms. It has a good reliability and validity in the context of domestic culture, providing a reliable research tool for the diagnosis of postpartum PTSD and a basis for further psychological intervention by medical personnel.2.The detection rate of postpartum post-traumatic stress disorder was high.Among the four major symptom groups, the highest incidence was reexperience symptoms, followed by increased alertness symptoms.Gestational age, type of delivery, whether to NICU,anxiety and postpartum depression were all important influencing factors for the occurrence of postpartum PTSD.Clinical workers should pay attention to the screening of this disease, and give systematic psychological counseling according to its influencing factors,so as to reduce the occurrence of childbirth trauma.
