| Objectives:Through test autism children’s sports ability,this study explore its correlation with social ability,degree of symptoms,and the large muscle movement interference with the children with autism,explore the larger muscle movement of autism children’s sports ability,social ability,communication ability,the influence of rich in children with autism exercise intervention with theory and practice,for further theoretical research and industrial development to provide necessary theoretical basis.Methods:Recruited and selected 20 autistic boys aged 6 to 10 years with mild to moderate symptoms in the official account of We Chat public.They were randomly divided into10 groups and 10 controls.The autistic children in the control group did not intervene and maintained their original life status.The experimental group used large muscle exercises for 8 weeks,and the large muscle movement test was adopted.The third edition,social skills rating scale for autistic children,behavior rating scale for autistic children and autism rating scale for children were used to measure the motor,social and communication abilities before and after the intervention,and the differences were compared by repeated measurement ANOVA.Pearson correlation analysis was used to explore the relationship between motor ability,symptom degree and social ability.Results:1.After 8 weeks of gross motor intervention,the total score of gross motor ability,displacement motor ability and object control ability of children in the experimental group were significantly improved(P< 0.01),in which gross motor ability improved the most,followed by displacement motor ability,and object control ability improved the least.There was no significant difference in gross motor ability,displacement motor ability and object control ability in the control group(P>0.05).2.After 8 weeks of gross motor intervention,the total scores of social ability,social tendency and social communication of children in the experimental group were significantly improved(P< 0.05).Before intervention,the children in the experimental group had the lowest score on the subscale of social communication,followed by social tendency and social participation,and the children in the experimental group had the highest score on social cognition and self-regulation.After the intervention,the dimension of children in the experimental group improved the most was social communication,followed by social tendency,and the least improved was selfregulation.There were no significant changes in scores of the social scale in the control group(P>0.05).3.After 8 weeks of gross motor intervention,the language communication of children in the experimental group was significantly improved compared with before intervention(P< 0.05),the language communication scores of the control group had no significant change compared with before intervention(P>0.05).4.The scores of displacement ability,object control and gross motor ability were significantly negatively correlated with the severity of symptoms(P< 0.05).The total score of social ability,social cognition and social communication were significantly positively correlated with the scores of displacement ability,object control ability and gross motor ability(P< 0.05).There was no significant correlation among other items(P>0.05).Conclusions:1.Gross motor ability,object control ability and displacement ability of boys with autism aged 6 to 10 are positively correlated with their social skills,while negatively correlated with the degree of symptoms.2.Eight-week gross motor intervention can improve the displacement motor ability,object control ability,gross motor ability of autistic children,and improve the motor dysfunction of autistic children.3.Eight-week gross motor intervention can improve the social communication,social tendency and general social ability of autistic children,and improve the social dysfunction of autistic children.4.Eight-week gross motor intervention can promote the development of communication skills and improve their communication disorders in children with autism. |
