Objective: To study the distribution of essential hypertension-related genes AGT M235 T,ACE I/D,and eNOS G894 T in the Han population in the Yichun area, and to explore the correlation between these genes and essential hypertension.Providing a reference for clinical precision prevention and treatment of hypertension. Methods: We used the Polymerase chain reaction Restriction fragment length polymorphism(PCR-RFLP)technique to detect hypertension susceptibility genes AGT M235 T,ACE I/D,ACE I/D,eNOS G894 T carries out genotypic, collects clinical data of subjects through the hospital electronic medical record system and the Jiangxi resident health management system, compares and analyzes with the detected genotypes. Results:Three genotypes were detected for the ACE(I/D)gene,including insertion homozygous(Ⅱ),deletion homozygous(DD),and indel heterozygous(ID).In the EH group,21 cases of DD type,93 cases of ID type, and 71 cases of type Ⅱ were detected. In the normal control group, there were 12 cases of DD type,41 cases of ID type,and46 cases of type Ⅱ.There was no significant differences in the frequency of genotype distribution between these two groups of subjects. The white blood cells and platelets of D allele carriers were significantly higher than type Ⅱ subjects.Triglycerides were lower than type Ⅱ subjects.Three genotypes were detected in the eNOS(G894T)gene,including wild-type homozygous(GG),mutant heterozygous(GT),and mutant homozygous(TT).In the EH group,53 cases of GG type,124 cases of GT type, and 6 cases of TT type were detected. In the normal control group, there were 5 cases of GG type,92 cases of GT type, and 1 case of TT type. There was a significant difference in the frequency of genotype distribution between the two groups of subjects, and the GG type of subjects in the EH group was significantly higher than that in the normal control group.AGT gene polymorphism M235 T genotype EH group detected a total of 181 cases, including MM type 15 cases;MT type 162 cases;TT type 4 cases.A total of 98 cases were detected in the normal control group, including 13 cases of MM type,84 cases of MT type, and 1 case of TT type. There was no significant differences in the frequency of genotype distribution between the two groups of subjects.Logistic regression analysis showed that the regression coefficients of age,BMI and triglyceride were all positive, with the corresponding P < 0.05,and the difference was statistically significant, indicating that age,BMI and triglyceride were risk factors for EH in the Han population in Yichun area.Age,body mass index, triglyceride were positively correlated with the risk of EH in Han population in Yichun area. Conclusion: In male subjects,ACE I/D gene D allele carriers have a significantly higher risk of hypertension than type Ⅱ subjects, indicating that D allele is a risk factor for the occurrence of EH in male Han population in Yichun area. The genotype distribution frequency of ACE I/D gene in Yichun area was significantly different from that in some areas of China. There were no statistically significant differences in age, body mass index, hemoglobin, white blood cell count, platelets, total cholesterol, and triglycerides between ACE gene I/D polymorphism type Ⅱ and D allele carriers.Gender was not associated with the distribution frequency of ACE gene I/D polymorphism genotype.Age,body mass index and triglycerides were the risk factors for EH in the Han population in Yichun area. The genotype distribution frequency of eNOS G894 T and AGT M235 T polymorphisms in Han population in Yichun area and their correlation with EH still need to be studied with a larger sample size.
