| Objective:Explore the clinical distribution characteristics and Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)constitution distribution of BRAF gene mutations and wild-type patients with papillary thyroid carcinoma(PTC),analyzed the related TCM constitution,discussed the distribution characteristics of the related TCM constitution,and provided theoretical reference for individualized treatment of TCM.Method:Collected 324 patients with PTC who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria in our department from January 2020 to January 2021.According to the results of BRAF gene detection,it is divided into gene mutation group and gene wild-type group.SPSS20.0software was used to analyze the distribution differences of the two groups in gender,age group,tumor size,tumor number,thyroid function and thyroid antibody level.At the same time,the TCM constitution were investigated by questionnaire,analyze the distribution characteristics of TCM constitution of the two groups.Explore the related TCM constitution,and analyze the above indicators for them.Result:1.There are statistical differences between gene mutation group and gene wild-type group in age group,tumor size and tumor number(P<0.05),and gender,thyroid function and thyroid antibody level are not statistically differences(P>0.05).Among them,in the age group,the distribution of young-aged group and middle-aged group was statistically significant.The proportion of middle-aged group in gene mutation group(39.85%)was higher than that in wild-type group(24.14%),while the proportion of young-aged group(43.98%)was lower than that in wild-type group(63.79%).In tumor size,there are more thyroid microcarcinoma(TMC)(72.56%)in the mutation group and non-TMC(60.34%)in the wild-type group.Regarding tumor number,although both have more single tumors,the mutation group(20.68%)of patients with multiple tumors accounted for significantly higher than the wild-type group(8.62%).2.Both the gene mutation group and the gene wild-type group were biased in TCM constitution.Among them,the more common TCM constitution types in the gene mutation group are yin deficiency(25.19%)and phlegm-dampness(17.29%).In the wild-type group are qi stagnation(32.76%)and phlegm-dampness(17.24%).3.Comparing the TCM constitution types of the two groups of patients with other TCM constitutions,it was found that BRAF gene was correlated with yin deficiency and qi stagnation(P<0.05).The proportion of mutation group of patients with yin deficiency(90.54%)was higher than that of non-yin deficiency(79.60%).The proportion of mutation group of patients with qi stagnation(65.45%)was lower than that of non-qi stagnation(85.50%),and there was no significant correlation with other TCM constitution(P>0.05).Among them,yin deficiency and qi stagnation were correlated with age group and tumor size(P<0.05),but not with gender,tumor number,thyroid function and thyroid antibody level(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Among patients with PTC,the BRAF gene mutation group and gene wild-type group are statistical differences in age group,tumor size and tumor number.2.Both the gene mutation group and the gene wild-type group were biased in TCM constitution.Among them,the more common TCM constitution types in the gene mutation group are yin deficiency and phlegm-dampness.In the wild-type group are qi stagnation and phlegm-dampness.3.BRAF gene was correlated with yin deficiency and qi stagnation.The proportion of mutation group of patients with yin deficiency was higher than that of non-yin deficiency.The proportion of mutation group of patients with qi stagnation was lower than that of non-qi stagnation. |
