Study On "Transitional Syndrome" In "Treatise On Febrile Diseases"

Objective: By tracing the origin of the theory of "Transition Syndrome" in "Treatise on Febrile Diseases" and studying the specific syndrome and treatment,to preliminarily construct the syndrome and treatment system of "Transition Syndrome" in "Treatise on Febrile Diseases",and to make the syndrome differentiation system of six Meridians more perfect,better play the role of clinical guidance.Methods:1.Through sorting out the ancient books such as "Neijing","Zhouyi" and "Nanjing",the author deeply studies the thought of "space-time view" and "constant movement view",and excavates the theoretical origin of "transition card" contained in it.2.Through the collation of the relevant articles in treatise on Febrile Diseases and the analysis of the research of doctors in past dynasties,the author puts forward the contents of syndrome and treatment of "Transition Syndrome",such as "jing-jing transition" and "jing-fu transition".3.Organic integration of "Transitional Syndrome" and preliminary construction of "Transitional Syndrome" differentiation system.Results: The theory of "Transition Syndrome" is rich in content and deep in origin.It runs through the whole treatise on typhoid fever and is embodied in the changes of the six classics,its development in "Treatise on Febrile Diseases" is reflected in the process of syndrome differentiation,syndrome differentiation,disease differentiation and flexible application of therapeutic methods,including the different order of transmission and the adjustment of drug types and doses,the main contents include the "jing-jing transition","jing-fu transition",and the "jing-jing transition" and "jing-fu transition" between different meridians.Conclusions:1."Transition Syndrome" is not related to Comorbidity and Comorbidity,but from different perspectives of disease development.When the disease fails to show the changes in time and space,the concept of co-existing disease or disease,sometimes easier to start,and in the dynamic treatment of disease process,"Transition Syndrome" concept than the combination of disease,more able to reflect the dynamic and subtle changes in disease.2.With the research of "Transition Syndrome" system,the thinking of "space-time view" and "constant movement view" is more concrete,the understanding is more thorough,the understanding of the development and change of disease is more delicate,the differentiation and treatment is more accurate.3.At the same time,the disease can be treated according to syndrome differentiation in time in the transitional stage of jing-jing,jing-fu,so as to better embody the idea of treating pre-disease.
