Comparative Analysis Of Clinical Effects Of Different Cosmetic Suture Techniques In Repairing Mental Trauma

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of different cosmetic suture techniques in repairing mental trauma.Methods:A total of 60 patients with chin laceration admitted to the Department of Plastic Surgery,Affiliated Hospital of Hebei University of Engineering from September 2018 to September 2020 were randomly divided into group A(improved cosmetic suture group),group B(traditional intradermal suture group)and group C(traditional cosmetic suture group),with 20 patients in each group.After wedge trimming,the subcutaneous tissue was sutured in group A,followed by"heart-shaped" suture,continuous intradermal suture in group B,and traditional cosmetic suture in group C.Vancouver scar scale(VSS)should be used in all patients,the wound assessment scale(WES)7 days after surgery,1 month,6 months follow-up assessment of postoperative wound and scar size,use of self-evaluation of anxiety scale(SAS)of trauma patients with preoperative and postoperative day 7,1 month,6 months when this objective scoring anxiety state,6 months after surgery,please all of the patients with scar self-evaluation scale(PSAS)and 100 mm visual analog scale(VAS)for their own scar effect and postoperative satisfaction evaluation.Results:(1)There was no wound dehiscence in group A and group B.There was 1 case of slight wound dehiscence in group C and 1 case of wound infection in group B.No knot reaction occurred in the three groups.Compared with the other groups,the overall effect of group A was the best,and group B was the second.(2)There were no statistically significant differences among the three groups in age,debridement time,suture time,100mm visual analog scale(VAS),preoperative and postoperative anxiety scores at 6 months(P>0.05),but there were statistically significant differences among the three groups in valgus height and healing time(P<0.05).(3)after 7 days,1 month,6 months vancouver scar scale(VSS),wound assessment scale(WES)between two set of evaluation indexes and comparison in the group difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),with 6 months after scar scar thickness of self-assessment scale(PSAS),skin roughness,scar width differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),three sets of 7 days,1 month after surgery in patients with anxiety when self score data differences statistically significant(P<0.05),the scores of anxiety in the patients with scores are higher than domestic norm.Conclusion:(1)three kinds of cosmetic suture way with the extension of time,postoperative scar the mentum appearance will happen very big improvement,but the modified suture hairdressing technology seems to have more advantages,can not only reduce the tension of suture when to a great extent,shorten the healing time,reduce postoperative scar,and can achieve the purpose of "beauty suture leave scar,worthy of clinical promotion,can be used as first choice.(2)Patients with chin laceration generally have anxiety problems,and their anxiety scores are all higher than the domestic norm.With the passage of time after chin repair,the degree of anxiety continues to decrease.The decrease rate of anxiety scores of patients with improved cosmetic suture is significantly faster than that of other methods,and all patients return to normal life after 6 months without being affected by it.
