Objective:This study mainly treats patients with cervicoshoulder Myofascial Pain Syndrome(MPS)as the observation object, given the treatment of MTrp-Knife needle and common acupuncture of MPS,exploring the clinical effects of MTrp-Knife needle treatment on MPS,in order to find a safe and valid treatment to reduce the patient's pain and improve the quality of life of patients. Methods:This study included 72 patients, patients from department of acupuncture outpatient and inpatient affiliated hospital to Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and in accordance with the MPS were randomly divided into 2 groups,36 cases in each group. The treatment group used MTrP-knife needle treatment, the control group with normal acupuncture group, two take the day operation 1 time,3 times for 1 course of treatment, course interval of 2 days and after 2 courses of treatment of Northwick Park Neck Pain Questionnaire(NPQ),simplified McGill as the evaluation index after the first treatment, after 1 course of treatment, after 2 courses of treatment, data were analyzed by SPSS21.0 software analysis.Results:(1)There was no significant difference in the gender, age, and baseline analysis between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).(2)Comparison of curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine syndromeAfter 2 courses of treatment, two groups of TCM syndrome curative effect was not statistically significant(P > 0.05),showed that the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine treatment group and control group, the total effect is the same, but the cure rate and the effective rate of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.(3)NPQ(%)neck pain scale score and Mcgill pain scale score were compared between groups at the end of treatmentAfter 2 courses of treatment, the NPQ(%)neck pain scale score and the Mcgill pain scale score of the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05),so the treatment group was better than the control group.(4)The neck pain score and Mcgill pain scale score were compared between the two groups at each time point(1)In group comparison:Prior treatment and after a treatment, after 1 courses of treatment and after a treatment,2 courses of treatment and after treatment of 1 courses of NPQ(%)of neck pain and Mcgill score were compared in the two groups, with significant statistical significance(P < 0.05),that has statistical significance in different time in the group with a stage score difference is explained with the time of treatment, two groups of patients condition were improved.(2)Comparison between groups:Treatment group and control group, the two groups after a treatment, after 1 courses of treatment,2 courses of treatment of the 2 groups,NPQ(%)of neck pain score,P values were less than 0.05,it is suggested that the comparison between the scores of the two groups was statistically significant, the treatment group was better than the control group. The treatment group and control group, two groups after a treatment comparison of P > 0.05,two group of Mcgill pain scale scores no statistically significant difference between the groups, suggesting that the two groups after a treatment Mcgill pain score improvement trend consistent with the control group, the two groups showed no significant difference. After 1 courses of treatment, after 2 courses of treatment between the two groups,P values were less than 0.05,the difference between the Mcgill pain scores of the two groups were significantly different, the treatment group was better than the control group.(5)Comparison of the efficacy of each syndromeAfter 2 courses of treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05),the treatment group and the control group on the efficacy of each type of syndrome was the same as that of the two groups.Conclusion:(1)MTrp-knife needle group and common acupuncture group treatment of MPS has good curative effect.(2)MTrp-knife needle group was superior to the common acupuncture group in pain relief(3)MTrp-knife needle therapy in the treatment of MPS is safe and effective.(4)The efficacy of type of syndrome of the acupuncture group and the common acupuncture group were similar.
