Research On The Academic Ideologies And Treatment Characteristics Of Yunyu Xuanji

Research article is based on Tao Benxue’s "Yunyu Xuanji",earnest to study this book and some results that related to research,using the method of literature data,comparative induction and logical analysis,the academic views and treatment experience to related gestation in this book,to arrange,classify,analysis and to search all related materials of TCM gynecology,history of TCM and Ming Dynasty to conduct comparative induction,sorting and analysis for the develop of more comprehensive research in the "Yunyu Xuanji".This research was divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the author’s life work and research status.The second chapter discusses Tao’s unique academic thoughts in obstetrics and gynecology.The third chapter explores the pathogenesis,and treatment and prevention of common diseases in women at various physiological stages.The fourth chapter research the treatment characteristics of the most common clinical obstetrics and gynecology diseases such as amenorrhea,dysmenorrhea,fetal leakage,and postpartum hemorrhage in women’s menstruation,conception,and postpartum.The research on various diseases explored by the Tao Benxue of experience characteristics to diagnosis treatment of common gynecological diseases from three aspects as disease recognition,etiology and pathogenesis,and syndrome differentiation.The last chapter is a discussion,research in-depth of content summary,to explore for internal connections.Based on the research found that "Yunyu Xuanji" contains a wealth of academic thoughts related to gestation.There are mainly these: the foundation of gestation is regulating menstruation,and the abundance of Tiangui,viscera,qi and blood,Chong and Ren two channels are prerequisite for pregnancy,gestate,and nourishing the fetus.Give birth to offspring,put forward the idea of equal emphasis on men and women,pay attention to the physical strength of both parties,pay attention to the acquired foundation of the spleen and stomach,the essence of the kidney more important especially is the rise and fall for essence of men and women with yin and yang.Break through the feudal concept of patriarchy and detailing the causes of male infertility have attracted the attention of the world.Paying attention to the harmony of husband and wife is helpful for gestation,and the timing of seeds is scientific.Tao Benxue emphasizes qi and blood as the foundation,and has a lot of knowledge in women’s menstruation,pregnancy,prenatal,and postpartum periods.He believes qi and blood is the cornerstone of fetal pregnancy,and he makes good use balance and supply in the method of qi and blood.In addition,he breaks through the previous viewpoints and puts forward the theory of supply to qi and blood before giving birth,which highlights the importance of the idea of preventing disease.The importance of emotion adjustment to discuss in the cause of menstruation,pregnancy and childbirth.Tao’s has put forward very effective treatment ideas for the prevention dystocia and postpartum diseases.It has put forward reasonable measures for the care and precautions at various stages from prenatal,labor to postpartum,syndrome differentiation and reasonable preventive medication.It embodies the idea of focusing on pregnant women and lying-in women and curing diseases.The "Yunyu Xuanji" learned from "Huangdi Neijing" as well as based on the theories of Zhu Zhenheng,Chen Ziming,Xue Ji and other predecessors,then combined with Tao Benxue of theoretical thinking and rich clinical experience,and has performed uniquely to keep back the valuable academic thinking and treatment experience,for made important contributions to the development of later generations of physicians and traditional Chinese medicine obstetrics and gynecology,also provided extremely useful ideas for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of obstetrics and gynecology today.It is worthy of our further exploration and development.
