Clinical Study On The Evaluation Of Disease Activity In Children Lupus By SLE-DAS And SLEDAI-2000

Objective:To evaluate the disease activity and clinical significance of SLE-DAS and SLEDAI-2000 in children with systemic lupus erythematosus.Methods:The clinical data of 80 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)from September 2014 to September 2019 were collected.SLE-DAS and SLEDAI-2000 were used to evaluate the disease activity of all patients in the group.130 cases of data were collected.SPSS 23.0 statistical software was used to process and analyze the measurement data in accordance with the normal distribution.The mean standard deviation((?)±s)was used for comparison,and the paired F test was used for comparison.The data correlation was analyzed by Spearman and Pearson correlation analysis,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The increase of PGA ≥ 0.3 and corticosteroids,antimalarial drugs or cytotoxic therapy were used as the gold standard of SLE disease activity.Draw ROC curve,calculate AUC under ROC curve,and evaluate the sensitivity and specificity of the two scoring methods.Results:80 patients(female 82.5%,male 17.5%)with an average age of(10.2 ± 2.5)years,43 patients had one primary visit score,25 patients had two scores,11 patients had 3 scores,1 patient had 4 scores in total.SLE-DAS score was positively correlated with PGA(r = 0.882,P < 0.0005)and SLEDAI-2000 was also positively correlated with PGA(r = 0.828,P < 0.0005).SLE-DAS score was significantly correlated with sledai-2000(r = 0.938,P < 0.0005).The AUC of SLE-DAS is 0.936,95% CI = 0.892～ 0.981,the critical value is 1.72,the sensitivity is 96.8%,the specificity is 97.0%,the AUC of SLEDAI-2000 is 0.798,95% CI = 0.722 ～ 0.874,the critical value is 4,the sensitivity is 84.1%,the specificity is 85.1%.Conclusion:SLE-DAS and SLEDAI-2000 can be used to evaluate the disease activity ofpatients with cSLE,but the specificity and sensitivity of the former are better than the latter,which can provide the basis for the development and improvement of treatment plan for patients with cSLE.
