| Objective: This study aim to analyze the correation between Coronary Artery Stenosis Degree and LP-PLA2 of Gerontal Patients with ACS.Methods: A total of 165 gerontal patients with ACS,who were enderwent coronary an-giography in TEDA international Cardiovascular Hospital from January 2015 to November 2018 were chosen as research subject.patient were draw their blood to test the level of LP-Pl A2 and were divided into unstable angina(UA)group(n=52),Non-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction(NSTEMI)group(n=55)and ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI)group(n=58)according to different types of coronary heart disease;at the same time, they were divided into a group with atherosclerosis,(n=11),a group with single vessel stenosis(n=24),a group with double-vessel stenosis,(n=36)and a group with triple-vessel stenosis(n=94),according to the number of stenosed coronary arteries;meanwhile, the patients were further divided into mild(n=27),moderate(n=41)and severe(n=88)according to the Gensini score. Before coronary angiography. The levels of LP-PLA2 were compared among different coronary heart disease types and different degree of coronary artery stenosis,by SPSS 23.0 software for statistical analysis.Measurement data was indicated by(`x±s)and was used one-way analysis of variance.LSD-t was used in Multiple comparison, and worked out F.Pearson and Spearman correlation analysis were used to analyze the correlations between variables. The level of P less than 0.05 is regarded as significant. Results: 1.Statistically significant difference of LP-PLA2 was found between the groups of UA、NSTEMI、STEMI.LP-PLA2 is significantly correlated positively with types of coronary heart disease.2.There was statistically significantly difference in LP-PLA2 of 75 year-old and over 75 age patients in the four groups(atherosclerosis, single vessel stenosis, double vessel stenosis and triple vessel stenosis).LP-PLA2 is significantly correlated positively with the number of stenosed coronary arteries.3.There was statistically significantly difference in LP-PLA2 of 75 year-old and over 75 age patients in the tenosis degrees of coronary artery. Conclusions: For 75 year-old and over 75 age patients with ACS,the level of LP-PLA2 is respectively significantly correlated positively with types of coronary heart disease, the number of stenosed coronary arteries, the tenosis degrees of coronary artery.Scilicet, for 75 year-old and over 75 age patients, the higher LP-PLA2 level, the more likely they would have myocardial infarction, the more they have stenosed coronary arteries and the more serious their the tenosis degrees of coronary artery. |
