Objective:Recently,more and more cardiovascular experts focused on lipoprotein associated phospholipase A2(LP-PLA2),which is considered to be closely related with the biochemical indexes of myocardial injury,so the content of LP-PLA2 in patients with the acute coronary syndrome(ACS)explore the value of LP-PLA2 in clinical application which is used to diagnose ACS.Because of the onset of chest pain in different time of admission,the change of LP-PLA2 concentration and the positive rate of ACS patients were analyzed and compared,to explore the significance of the combined detection of LP-PLA2,IMA and c TnI in three groups.The oxidative stress was enhanced and the inflammatory reaction was initiated in ACS patients,so statistically analysed the correlation between LP-PLA2 with hs CRP,oxidative stress index and lipid biochemical index.Methods:Collected the patients from August 2015 to July 2016 in the first Hospital of Jilin University emergency internal medicine and Department of cardiology hospital who were diagnosed as ACS with the complete clinical data,after the examination of coronary angiography electrocardiogram and clinical symptoms and signs,which inclued 153 patients as the experimental group.According to admission time of chest pain can be divided into three different groups,(<3 h)57 cases as group Ⅰ,group II(3-6h)including 42 cases,group III(>6h)including 54 cases.Collected medical center health examination 50 cases from the first Hospital of Jilin University as control group.Serum LP-PLA2,IMA,c TnI,hs CRP,CHO,TG,LDLC,HDLC,APOA1,APOB.SOD and TAS detection,statistical analysis.Results:1.The serum levels of LP-PLA2,IMA,c TnI and hs CRP in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(p<0.05),TAS and SOD were significantly lower than those in the control group(p<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.2.In addition to IMA of the experimental III group and c TnI of the experimental I group which compared with the control group had no statistical significance(p>0.05),the experimental group I,II and III in LP-PLA2,IMA,c TnI,TAS,SOD,hs CRP indexes significantly increased which were compared with the control group,(p<0.05).Three indexes of TAS,SOD and hs CRP respectively mutual compared in different experimental groups which had no significant difference(p>0.05),LP-PLA2,IMA,c TnI respectively mutual compared in different experimental groups which had significant difference(p<0.05).3.There was a significant difference between the positive rate of the three indexes in the experimental group I,II,III and the combination of the three indexes(p<0.05).4.LP-PLA2 and TG(r=0.951,p<0.01),CHO(r=0.961,p<0.01),LDLC(r=0.902,p<0.01),APOB(r=0.935,p<0.01),hs CRP(r=0.48,0.01<p<0.05)were positively correlated.LP-PLA2 has no related with HDLC(r=0.03,p>0.01),APOA1(r=0.112,p>0.01),.Negatively correlated with SOD(r=-0.689,p<0.01),TAS(r=-0.75,p<0.01).Conclusions:1.LP-PLA2 concentration increased in ACS patients serum,and significantly increased in the early.2.The specificity of LP-PLA2 was significantly higher than IMA,its sensitivity was significantly better than c TnI.LP-PLA2,IMA,c TnI joint detection can better assist clinical diagnosis of ACS.3.LP-PLA2 was positively correlated with CHO,TG,LDLC,APOB,hs CRP,and no correlation with HDLC,APOA1.Negatively correlated with SOD,TAS.
