| Objective:This study investigated the relationship between serum lipoprotein phospholipaseA2 concentration and acute coronary syndrome. The relationship between the concentration Of lipoproteinphospholipase A2 and Hs-CRP,BMI,TG,TNI,LDL,HLD and the degree of coronary artery disease was analyzed. To provide theoretical basis for early prevention and control of acute coronary syndrome.Method:This study selected between January 2017 and December 2017,the symptoms of chest pain, chest tightness, etc in the second hospital, hebei medical university in conformity with the inclusion criteria of patients as the research object.According to patients’symptoms, electrocardiogram, and coronary angiography results troponin as unstable angina group 54 cases(SAP),a group of patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)21 cases,at the same time, choose a normal coronary angiography,72 cases as control group.1.The patient’s name and gender were recorded, height and weight were measured and body mass index(BMI)was calculated..2.All hospitalized patients in the second day morning fasting venous blood was drawn, and send to our lab to check biochemical items, enhances the immune turbidimetric method to determine the serum concentrations of lipoprotein phospholipase A2,biochemical items in all key observation of Hs-CRP(hypersensitivec-reactiveprotein),TG(triglyceride),LDL(low-density lipoprotein),HDL-C(high density lipoprotein),TNI(serum troponin).3.Coronary artery Gensini was obtained by coronary angiography.Statistical processing:SPSS21.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis. The metering data is represented by mean or plus standard deviation, and the counting data is expressed in%.The comparison between the groups of measurement data was first tested by the homogeneity of variance.T-test was used to compare the variance of the groups, and the rank and test were used for multiple comparisons of variance. The comparison of counting data was conducted by X~2 test or Fisher’s exact probability method.Correlation between variables was analyzed by linear correlation. The difference was statistically significant with(P<0.05).Result:1.Basic data analysis:There was no statistically significant difference between height,weight,BMI,TG,LDL-c,HDL-c in unstable angina group, acute myocardial infarction group, and coronary angiography.(P>0.05)。2.The serum Lp-PLA2 concentration in the acute myocardial infarction group was significantly higher than that in the normal group of coronary angiography and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum Lp-PLA2 concentration was higher in the unstable angina group than in the normal group of coronary angiography, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum Lp-PLA2 concentration was not statistically significant between the unstable angina group and the acute myocardial infarction group.(P>0.05).3.The patients with acute myocardial infarction(Hs-CRP),TNI,Gensini were significantly higher than those in the unstable angina group and the normal group of coronary angiography. The difference wasstatistically significant.(P<0.05).In the unstable angina group,Hs-CRP and Gensini integral were higher than the normal group of the coronary arteries, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between TNI and coronary angiography in unstable angina group(P>0.05).4.Correlation analysis:The serum Lp-PLA2 concentration was used as the dependent variable, and the Hs-CRP,TG,LDL-c,HDL-c,TNI,and Gensini were integrated as independent variables, and the results of the data analysis showed that Lp-PLA2 concentration was positively correlated with Hs-CRP,BMI,LDL and TNI.(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.Concentration of serum lipoprotein phospholipase A2 in acute myocardial infarction(AMI)group obviously higher than that of unstable angina with normal coronary angiography group, positively related with Hs-CRP,prompt the Lp-PLA2 may be inflammatory factors associated acute coronary syndrome.2.The level of serum lipoprotein phospholipase A2 was not related to the Gensini integral, suggesting that the level of serum lipoprotein phospholipase A2 concentration was not related to severity of coronary artery disease.3.Serum lipoprotein phospholipase A2 is positively correlated with LDL,suggesting that the control of blood lipids has certain preventive significance in preventing the onset of acute coronary syndrome. |
