Study On The Effect Of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention On The Introduction Of Internet On COPD

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical nursing work of patients with COPD,after adopting different nursing modes for nursing intervention,the lung function status,nutritional status,mental state,sleep quality,self-care ability and nursing satisfaction of COPD patients under different nursing modes were evaluated and compared.So as to compare the traditional basic nursing mode and the intervention effect of the comprehensive nursing mode after the introduction of the Internet,it provides theoretical basis and new nursing ideas for the nursing work of clinical COPD patients.Method96 patients with COPD admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into the basic group(basic nursing intervention group)and the comprehensive nursing group(integrated nursing intervention group on the Internet),48 patients with COPD in each group.The basic nursing intervention group gave nursing interventions such as routine exercise nursing,diet guidance and nursing,patient rehabilitation environmental nursing and condition observation in COPD patients.In addition to the interventions of the basic care group,the Comprehensive Care Group(integrated care intervention group introduced to the Internet)provides respiratory exercise care(including lip movement and abdominal breathing exercises),treatment of patient endurance care,psychological counseling and care,Oxygen therapy,health education,and nursing research under the guidance of standardized care processes,combined with the hospital’s nursing management platform,systematize and standardize nursing interventions.Before and after 3 months of intervention,the lung function,nutritional status,mental state,sleep quality,self-care ability and satisfaction of COPD patients were evaluated and compared to observe the traditional nursing intervention mode and the introduction of the Internet.The difference in clinical care outcomes of the comprehensive nursing intervention model.ResultsCompared with pre-treatment,the lung function,nutritional status,mental state,sleep quality and self-care ability of the two groups were improved after 3months of care for COPD patients,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In addition,after 3 months of nursing,the integreted nursing intervention group introduced into the Internet significantly improved the lung function,nutritional status,mental state,sleep quality and self-careability of patients with COPD,which was significantly higher than the basic nursing intervention group.The difference was statistically significant.(P<0.05).And we found that regardless of the type of care,the satisfaction of patients with COPD is improved after the care,which will help the harmonious development of the relationship between nurses and patients.ConclusionCompared to the traditional routine care model,the comprehensive care model that introduces the Internet can better improve the lung function,nutritional status,mental state,sleeping quality and self-care ability of patients with clinical COPD.At the same time,the comprehensive nursing model introduced into the Internet is due to its systematization and standardization,the improvement effect is more significant,and it is recommended to promote it in conditional hospitals.
