Clinical Observation Of Nasal Acupuncture Combined With Thermo-sensitive Moxibustion In The Treatment Of Allergic Rhinitis

Objective:By observing the clinical efficacy of nasal acupuncture combined with thermosensitive moxibustion in the treatment of allergic rhinitis,this subject initially explored its mechanism of action,and evaluated the efficacy and safety of this therapy,aiming to provide the patients with allergic rhinitis with special treatment plan of traditional Chinese medicine,and promote it in clinical practice.Methods:According to the 1:1:1 random principle,90 patients with allergic rhinitis who met the test conditions were randomly divided into 3 groups,namely group A,group B and group C.Group A was treated with nasal acupuncture and thermo sensitive moxibustion,group B was treated with thermo sensitive moxibustion,and group C was treated with loratadine tablets orally.In group A,nasal acupuncture was used in combination with thermally sensitive moxibustion treatment.Andibrand acupuncture needle0.30 mm × 40 mm needle was used to obtrusionally Pierce the needle at the position of 30 ° in the direction of inwards treating incense,and the needle was twisted under the mucosa until the patient felt the needle,and the needle was retained for 15 minutes,once A day.Cooperate with the thermal moxibustion treatment,take yintang point,lunshu point,shenqi point for the thermal moxibustion,once a day.Group B only took yintang,lunshu and shenque points for thermal moxibustion once aday.Group C was treated with loratadine tablets alone,orally,1 time per day,1 tablet per time(10 mg).All groups A,B and C had one course of treatment for 7 days,with 4 consecutive courses of treatment.Before treatment and after each course of treatment,the changes of symptoms and signs of the subjects were observed,the symptoms and signs of all subjects before and after treatment were recorded in detail,and accurate scores were given according to the established scoring criteria,so as to observe the therapeutic effect.Results:1.Comparing the quantization frequency of nasal symptoms among the three groups,the quantization frequency of nasal symptoms after treatment was better than before treatment,and the difference before and after treatment was statistically significant(P < 0.05).2.After4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of group A was 93.3%;The total effective rate of group B was 70.0%.The total effective rate of group C was 86.6%.There were statistically significant differences between the groups(P < 0.05).The results showed that the combination of nasal acupuncture with thermo sensitive moxibustion therapy,thermo sensitive moxibustion therapy,and oral therapy with loratadine tablets were all effective.The curative effect of nasal acupuncture combined with thermosensitive moxibustion therapy is better than thermosensitive moxibustion therapy and oral therapy of loratadine tablets,and the curative effect of oral therapy of loratadine tablets is better than thermosensitive moxibustion therapy.3.Three months after the end of treatment,the number of patients with mild disease in group A was 1,and the recurrence rate was 3.33%.The recurrence rate of group B was10.0%.The number of recurrent cases in group C was 6,and the recurrence rate was 20.0%.In patients with moderate to severe disease,the number of recurrence in group A was 2,and the recurrence rate was 6.67%.Thenumber of recurrent cases in group B was 5,and the recurrence rate was16.7%.In group C,the number of recurrence was 12,and the recurrence rate was 40.0%.It indicated that for the long-term treatment of allergic nose,the recurrence rate of nasal acupuncture combined with thermo sensitive moxibustion therapy was lower than thermo sensitive moxibustion therapy and cloratadine therapy,and thermo sensitive moxibustion therapy was lower than cloratadine tablet oral therapy.Moreover,the recurrence rate of nasal acupuncture combined with thermally sensitive moxibustion therapy was affected by the degree of the patient’s condition,and the recurrence rate of mild patients in the same group was significantly lower than that of moderate to severe patients.4.During the test,it was found that 0% of the cases fell off,and the number of adverse events occurred in the study was 0,and there were no emergencies.The safety assessment was as high as level 1.Conclusion:Compared with thermo-sensitive moxibustion,nasal acupuncture combined with thermo-sensitive moxibustion has better therapeutic effect.Compared with loratadine oral therapy,nasal acupuncture combined with thermo-sensitive moxibustion therapy has the advantages of simple operation and no side effects.Nasal acupuncture combined with thermosensitive moxibustion therapy can effectively warm the sun to remove evil,tongliaobiasis,treatment of allergic rhinitis has a significant effect,which is worthy of our clinical use and promotion.
