Evaluation Of The Curative Effect Of Qizhu Qinlian Drescriptionon The Convalescence Period Of Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Pneumonia In Children(Lung And Spleen Qi Deficiency Syndrome)

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Qizhu Qinlian Drescription combined with Azithromycin in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia on children with Lung and Spleen qi deficiency syndrome,and to summarize the thoughts of TCM in the treatment of this disease and its syndrome types.Methods:In the study,132 children with Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Pneumonia(Lung and Spleen qi deficiency syndrome).They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.There were 66 cases in each group.The basic oral drug was Azithromycin.The control group combined with Ambroterol oral solution was treated.The observation group was treated with Qizhu Qinlian Prescription.The two groups were treated for 7 days.To observe the differences between the two groups in symptom scores,adverse reactions,number of recurrence within 6 month.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.44%,and that of the control group was 83.33%.Qizhu Qinlian Prescription had better results,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Improve the main symptoms,Qizhu Qinlian Prescription to reduce auscultation and cough.The auscultation scores of the two groups were significantly different(P<0.05).The cough scores of the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in sputum score(P>0.05).In terms of improving the secondary symptoms,Qizhu Qinlian Prescription could reduce the scores of sweating,fatigue and diet,it was statistically significant(P<0.05).The integral difference of complexion was statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in stools score(P>0.05).In terms of mycoplasma negative conversion rate,the observation group had a higher negative conversion rate,and the difference in scores between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of recurrence within 6 months,the observation group was superior to the control group,and the difference in score was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of adverse reactions,the observation group had fewer adverse reactions,and the difference in scores between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the western medicine in the control group,the combination of Qizhu Qinlian Prescription and Azithromycin in the treatment of Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Pneumonia(Lung and Spleen qi deficiency syndrome)has the advantages of better effect,high negative conversion rate of mycoplasma,low recurrence rate and less adverse.Especially,Qizhu Qinlian Prescription can significantly improve lung auscultation,cough,sweating,fatigue,diet,complexion.
