Research On The Construction Of Family Doctor’s Service Ability Under The Background Of Healthy China

The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China regards "Healthy China" as an important part of the country’s basic development strategy.How to adapt the family doctor system to the current reform of the medical system and the aging population,break the traditional service model of separation of prevention and treatment,and truly realize the combination of prevention and treatment is an important part of improving the quality and efficiency of medical services.In order to implement the national medical and health policy,promote the development of the family doctor service system in China,and improve the family doctor service capacity has become a hot issue in the domestic academic and medical circles.Therefore,this article takes the service ability of family doctors as the starting point for research.On the basis of explaining the research background,research significance,and the definition and combing of related concepts,theoretical foundations,this article analyzes the status of family doctor system and service ability of family doctors in China.Based on the current status of the service capabilities of family doctors in China and the current situation of Bengbu City,Anhui Province,it is concluded that the service capabilities of family doctors have the problems of low service level,poor service attitude,and inadequate situation adaptation.This paper analyzes the reasons for the problem.The principal component analysis method was used to construct a family doctor competency model and based on the empirical analysis of Bengbu City,Anhui Province.Through the empirical analysis,the feasibility and scientificity of the family doctor service competency model constructed by the article are verified.Based on the family doctor service capability competence model,a target model for improving family doctor service capabilities is proposed,and suggestions for improving supporting policies,optimizing talent training plans,improving performance management models,and scientifically building service platforms are proposed to improve the service capabilities of family doctors to adapt to the health of China.development strategy.The conclusions of this article are as follows: Based on the analysis of the status of service capabilities,we can see that the country has taken certain measures to increase the training of general practitioners,but there is still a certain gap between the quantity and quality and the international level;the service level,service attitude,and scenario of family doctors There are certain problems with adaptation.Based on the empirical analysis results based on the family doctor’s service competency model,it can be known that the family doctor’s basic medical and health service capabilities,education and learning capabilities,and humanistic practice capabilities are generally incompetent and need to be greatly improved.Based on the research of service capacity building,it can be known that perfecting supporting policies,optimizing talent training plans,improving performance management models,and scientifically building a service platform based on the service ability competence model of family doctors are effective ways for family doctors to improve service capabilities.
