| The development of community health service quality is related to people’s sense of gain,satisfaction and demand for quality,which is the inevitable requirement of building community health service.With the development of the times,health is constantly given new content,people have different understanding of health.In 2016,the state issued the outline of Health China 2030 plan,which proposed the strategic theme of "co construction,sharing and health for all" and the goal of greatly improving the health service capacity.By 2020,the urban public policy will fully embody the concept of health,and establish the strategic goal of an integrated health service system that is compatible with the level of economic and social development of Shanghai,matches the positioning of urban functions,and focuses on the health of citizens.At present,the traditional disease oriented health service has gradually turned to health service,focusing on prevention and health management.Considering the current domestic situation,Shanghai is expected to play a leading role.Many basic health institutions and communities began to explore new patterns to improve the quality of health services,and gradually highlighted the value and status of community preventive health care and health management functions.Therefore,as a sample of healthy city,the construction of community health service in Shanghai is the top priority in the work,and it is imperative to improve the quality of community health service.This paper takes community health service as the research object,focuses on the quality problems of community health service in Shanghai,uses the welfare pluralism theory,the service science theory and the community health management theory,uses the literature review method,the field survey method and the servual model method to set up several indicators,and develops the service quality evaluation system.Service quality can be evaluated from five aspects: Tangibility,reliability,responsiveness,authenticity and empathy.Set up several indicators in five dimensions,build a set of evaluation standards to measure the quality of community health services,and then get first-hand data through field research to measure the quality of community health services.Finally,through understanding the perception of Shanghai community residents on the quality of community health services,this paper analyzes the status quo of the quality of community health services,find out the problems and their causes and propose,and shows its own thinking and suggestions,in order to provide reference for improving the quality of community health services and improving the living health level of residents.The research draws the following conclusions,from the three dimensions of participants,content scope and organizational form to propose countermeasures and suggestions to solve the bottleneck of Shanghai community health service quality.At the level of participants,the community should make clear its responsibilities,lay the foundation for the development of community health services,vigorously cultivate professional talents,and improve its professional level,so as to better develop services and encourage the mobilization of social forces to actively participate in community health public services;at the level of content scope,it is necessary to inherit and develop the cause of traditional Chinese medicine,promote the benefits of traditional Chinese medicine to the community and promote the development of traditional Chinese medicine To provide life-cycle community health services,build a diversified and harmonious community,build a community health service covering "the whole person",and broaden the scope of service radiation;from the organizational level,improve the relevant service mode of community health services,strengthen the application of residents’ health accounts,maximize the utility of health accounts,help community health services with the Internet,and improve the information Transparency and efficiency. |
