Objective To develop a reliable,feasible core competency evaluation index system for Fracture Liaison Services(FLS)coordinator,which can provide references for evaluating the core competency of FLS coordinator,so as to provide guarantee for the implementation of FLS.Methods By literature review,open questionnaire survey and focus grou-ps,a draft FLS coordinator core competency item was developed.Then,2-round Delphi survey of FLS related twenty-two experts,using purposive sampling,to prioritize and obtain consensus on the most essential FLS coordinator core competencies.A test version of the core competency evaluation system for FLS coordinator has been formed.FLS coordinator from hospitals,which carried out FLS domestic,were picked out by purposive sampling and investig-ated with the core competency evaluation index system of FLS coordinator(test edition),demography questionnaire and the Americ-an 6-D scale(Chinese version).The data were analyzed with the SPSS25.0 and AMOS21.0 statistic software packages.Item analysis methods(coefficient of variation method,correlation analysis meth-od,critical ratio value and homogeneity test method)were used to filtrate items of the system.content validity,calibration correlati-on validity,exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor ana-lysis were used to test the validity of the system.Cronbach’α coe-fficient,split half reliability and retest reliability were used to test the reliability of the system.Results 1 Establish the core competency evaluation system for FLS coordinator.Through literature review,semi-structured interview and Delphi method,the test version core competency evaluation system of FLS coordinator was established.The core competency evaluation index system of FLS coordinator(test edition)was used for investigation.After the analysis of project analysis factors,the core competency evaluation system of FLS coordinator(official version)was finally formed,comprised a total of 41 items that evaluated 3 sub-systems,4 factors.Knowledge: Osteoporosis knowledge(11 items),Fall prevention(4 items);Skills(20 items);Attitude(6 items).2 The coefficient and validity of the system.The results of exploratory factor analysis showed that the factor loads of all items in the three sub-systems were greater than 0.40.The results of confirmatory factor analysis show that the evaluation indexes of the three sub-systems are all within the acceptable range: The χ2/df were 1.952~2.235,RMSEA were 0.065~0.074,GFI were 0.869~0.978,NFI were 0.932~0.984,IFI were 0.965~0.992,TLI were 0.958~0.981,CFI were 0.965~0.992.The standard regression coefficients of each item ranged from 0.63 to 0.90.The correlation coefficient between the system and the external criterion was 0.830.The structure validity of the system was good.The Cronbach’s α of the system were 0.900~0.973,split coefficient were 0.789~0.939,the test-retest coefficient were 0.986~0.998.Conclusion The core competency evaluation system for the FLS coordinator demonstrated good validity and reliability,and can be initially used as a evaluation tool to evaluate the core competency of the FLS coordinator.
