Application Of ERAS Combined With FICare In Perioperative Management Of Neonatal Small Intestinal Atresia

Objective(s):Through the management of children with congenital intestinal atresia by Enhanced Recovery After Surgery(ERAS)and Family Integrated Care(FICare),the outcomes of related rehabilitation measures were analyzed and compared,to explore the clinical value of ERAS combined with FICare in perioperative manage-ment of Neonatal Small Intestinal Atresia.Methods:a prospective study was conducted in children with type Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲa congenital intestinal atresia from 2019 to 2020.The children were divided into control group and study group.The Control Group(Traditional Management Group)was 43 cases,and the Study Group(ERAS combined with FICare group)was 29 cases.Control Group according to the traditional perioperative management,the study group to take the following measures:preoperative education of the parents,postoperative Analgesia,perioperative communication,FICare model.The time of first defecation after operation,The time of feeding after operation,The time of Parenteral time,The time of hospitalization,The cost of hospitalization,postoperative complications,30-day read-mission rate,The Parental anxiety Scale(PSS:NICU)in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit(1-2 days after operation,14 days after operation)were observed and compared.SPS-S25.0 was used for statistical analysis.Results:compared with the control group,Parenteral time[12(11,13)Days vs.14(12,18)days],length of stay[17(15.5,19.5)days vs.19(17,22)days],cost of stay[23.042(20.374,28.815)yuan vs.30.014(26.268,35.521)],post-op score[(PSS:Nicu)14 days[(129.6± 8.84)].(154.6 ± 5.35)]were significantly smaller than the Control Group(P<0.05).Conclusion(s):1.ERAS Combined with FICare management mode does not increase the rate of postoperative complications and readmission within 30 days after discharge,which can be used in perioperative management of congenital small intestinal;2.ERAS combined with FICare management can promote the rehabilitation of congenital intestinal Atresia,reduce the length of stay about 4.5 days,reduce the cost of hospitalization about 8,740 yuan;3.ERAS combined with FICare can reduce the anxiety of parents,PSS:NICU score decreased about 25 points at 2 weeks after operation.Reduce the length of stay about 4.5 days,reduce the cost of hospitalisation about 8,740 yuan.
