Clinical Observation Of Jianpi Shenshi Decoction Combined With Conbercept In The Treatment Of Wet Age-related Macular Degeneration

Objective:To compare and observe the clinical efficacy of two methods of Jianpi Shenshi decoction combined with Conbercept and Conbercept alone in the treatment of wAMD,analyze and evaluate the clinical effect of Jianpi Shenshi decoction combined with conbercept in the treatment of this disease,so as to provide objective theoretical basis for enriching the treatment scheme and improving the treatment effect of this disease.Methods:60 patients(60 eyes)with wet age-related macular degeneration were randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases(30 eyes)in each group.The observation group was treated with Jianpi Shenshi decoction combined with conbercept,while the control group was only treated with conbercept.Both groups were treated for 3 months.The TCM syndrome score,BCVA,CMT and FFA leakage of the two groups before and after treatment were checked and recorded.The data of the two groups were statistically analyzed by spss26.0 software to compare the overall efficacy.Results:1.BCVA comparison results:after treatment,BCVA of the two groups were improved,and the improvement degree of the observation group was better than that of the control group.2.CMT comparison results:after treatment,the CMT of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the reduction of the observation group was better than that of the control group.3.FFA comparison results:after treatment,the FFA results of the two groups were improved,and the improvement degree of the observation group was better than that of the control group.4.Results:after treatment,the TCM symptom scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and reducing the amplitude of the observation group than the control group.Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of the two methods is obvious,and the clinical efficacy of Jianpi Shenshi decoction combined with conbercept is better than that of simple intravitreal injection of conbercept.The clinical effect of Jianpi Shenshi decoction combined with conbercept in the treatment of wAMD is better than that of conbercept alone in improving the best corrected visual acuity,reducing macular edema,reducing macular vascular bleeding,leakage area and improving the TCM syndrome of patients,and the curative effect is worthy of affirmation.
