| Objective: to observe the clinical efficacy of Chaigui decoction combined with acupoint application in the treatment of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis of temperament and phlegm coagulation,and to explore its mechanism.Methods: 90 patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into control group,experimental group 1 and experimental group 2.Control group was given basic treatment,experimental group 1 was given internal administration of Chaigui decoction on the basis of basic treatment,and experimental group 2 was given internal administration of Chaigui decoction combined with acupoint application on the basis of basic treatment.the observation time of the three groups was 3 months.Results: after treatment,the effective rate of TCM symptoms was 40% in the control group,60% in the experimental group 1 and 86.7% in the experimental group 2(P < 0.05).The difference was statistically significant.In terms of the curative effect of comprehensive symptoms,the effective rates of the control group,experimental group 1 and experimental group 2 were 40%,60% and 90%,respectively.The difference was statistically significant by χ 2 test(P < 0.05).It can be concluded that internal administration of traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupoint application is significantly better than internal administration of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Youjiale in reducing patient antibody index,relieving goiter and clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine.Oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupoint application is effective in clinic.Conclusion: Chaigui decoction combined with acupoint application can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and indexes of patients with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis of qi stagnation and phlegm coagulation,which is better than that of basic treatment alone or oral Chaigui decoction.Give full play to the advantages of the combination of internal medicine and external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine. |
