| Objective:To observe the effect of Shaoyao Gancao decoction on patients with single-segment lumbar disc herniation and early traumatic inflammatory reaction after single-segment lumbar disc herniation(plif).Therefor we can analyze the analgesic effect of Shaoyao Gancao decoction and the curative effect in spinal orthopedic surgery.Methods:A total of 50 patients who were treated in the department of spinal orthopedics of the affiliated hospital of shandong university of traditional chinese medicine from october 2019 to october 2020 were collected.50 patients who underwent single-segment posterior lumbar laminectomy,nucleus pulposus removal,interbody fusion and internal fixation(plif)were randomly and evenly divided into treatment group and blank group according to the specified conditions of the trial and the inclusion an exclusion criteria.In the study of analgesic effect of Shaoyao Gancao decoction,the treatment-group-patients were treated with Shaoyao Gancao decoction before operation and the blank-group-patients were were not treated with the decoction.The changes of pain in the two groups were observed and evaluated before operation and Comparative analysis of the pain were evaluated comprehensively.After single segmental lumbar plif operation,the patients in the treatment group were treated with Shaoyao Gancao decoction,while the patients in the blank group were not treated with the decoction after operation.The changes of white blood cell count(WBC),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(CRP)and erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)were measured before operation,48 hours,96 hours and 144 hours after operation.The objective indexes between the treatment group and the blank group were statistically analyzed.The data was processed by SPSS25.0 statistical software,and the data of each group was expressed as((?)±s)form.It can be considered that the difference was statistically significant.Results:In the trial,23 patients in the treatment group and 22 patients in the blank group were actually observed.There was no significant difference between the two groups in age,sex,preoperative course of disease,admission VAS(Visualanaloguescale)pain score and the total(Oswestry)score of lumbar ODI dysfunction index questionnaire(P > 0.05).It is suggested that the comparison scheme of the sample is operable and comparable.In the study of preoperative analgesic effect of Shaoyao Gancao decoction,there were significant differences in VAS pain score and ODI score before and after intervention in the treatment group,but there was no significant difference in VAS pain score and total ODI score in the blank group at the same time.There was significant difference in VAS pain score between the treatment group and the blank group after intervention(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in),ODI score between the treatment group and the blank group(P > 0.05).In the study of early postoperative traumatic inflammatory response,after single segmental lumbar plif operation,the changes of serum WBC,CRP and ESR in the treatment group at 48 h,96h and 144 h after operation were more obvious than those before operation.Compared with the blank group,the overall level of serum indexes in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the blank group.When compared within the group,the WBC index decreased significantly at 48 h and 96 h after operation,but there was no significant change at 144h(P > 0.05The);CRP index decreased significantly at 48 h and 144 h after operation.);ESR index decreased significantly at 48 h and 144 h after operation,and there was no significant change at 96 h.Conclusion:Shaoyao Gancao decoction has a good analgesic effect in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation and can effectively improve the early traumatic inflammatory response of patients after lumbar plif.As a traditional classical prescription,Shaoyao Gancao decoction is worth popularizing and applying in orthopaedics,but its exact curative effect still needs to be further proved. |
