Clinical Research Of Additives Buhuanjin Zhengqi Powder Topical Application At Shenque In Treatment Of Children With Infantile Anorexia To Dysfunction Of The Spleen In Transportation

Objective: By observing the clinical efficacy and safety of additives Buhuanjin Zhengqi Powder Application topical application of Shenque in treating children with anorexia and spleen insufficiency syndrome,and discussing its efficacy,it provides a more abundant and effective treatment method for the clinical treatment of children with anorexia.Method: According to the inclusion criteria,64 children with anorexia due to splenic failure were divided into experimental group and control group by random number table,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Buhuanjin Zhengqi Powder orally with traditional Chinese medicine,and the test group was treated with additives Buhuan jin Zhengqi Powder external application of Shenque.Both groups were treated with the drug for 14 consecutive days and followed up on the 28 th day.Observe and record the TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment,and record the hemoglobin value and BMI value before treatment and during follow-up,and perform statistical analysis to evaluate the clinical efficacy.Results: The total effective rate of the TCM syndrome trial group was 80.65%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 76.67%.The difference was not statistically significant(P >0.05),suggesting that the curative effect of additives Buhuanjin Zhengqi Powder topical application of Shenque is similar to that of the control group.In terms of improving the total score of the main symptoms,the total score of the secondary symptoms and the total score,the two groups were effective in treating children with anorexia and spleen insufficiency(P <0.05),and the efficacy of the two groups was similar(P >0.05).The two groups had similar effects in improving appetite,food intake,complexion,nausea and vomiting,and stool disorders(P >0.05).The experimental group had better effects in improving belching,hiccups,and abdominal distension(P <0.05).The two treatments can improve the BMI value of children(P <0.05)and there is no significant difference between the two groups(P >0.05).The two groups of treatments could not increase the hemoglobin level of the children(P >0.05).Conclusions:Additives Buhuanjin Zhengqi powder topical application of Shenque has a good therapeutic effect on the treatment of children with anorexia and spleen insufficiency.There is no adverse reaction during the medication process,and the pain of medication in children is reduced,and the compliance is higher.It is a treatment method worth promoting.
