ObjectiveTo observe the effect, safety and recurrence of Gancao Jingfang Decoction in the treatment of chronic urticaria of nutritive qi and defensive qi disharmony syndrome,so as to provide a new treatment idea for doctors, bring an effective and safe treatment method for patients with chronic urticaria of nutritive qi and defensive qi disharmony syndrome, and provide clinical data support for the further study of Gancao Jingfang decoction.Methods74 patients with chronic urticaria of nutritive qi and defensive qi disharmony syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group(37 cases)and control group(37 cases). The treatment group was treated with Gancao Jingfang decoction, and the control group was treated with Clarityne alone. The treatment lasted for 4 weeks, and the patients were followed up every 2 weeks. The chronic urticaria quality of life assessment questionnaire(CU-Q2oL)and urticaria activity score(UAS)were evaluated and recorded before and after treatment.Adverse reactions were recorded during the trial.Four weeks after the end of the treatment, the patients who were cured, markedly effective and effective were followed up by telephone, and the number of relapses was finally counted.Statistical analysis of the indicators, draw conclusions.Results(1)Completion of the trial:70 patients completed the trial,36 in the treatment group,34 in the control group,1 in the treatment group and 3 in the control group were excluded because they did not return to the hospital on time.(2)Baseline comparison between the two groups:there were no significant differences in gender, age, course of disease,CU-Q2oL and UAS scores before treatment between the two groups(P>0.05),and the baseline equilibrium was comparable.(3)Comparison of curative effect between the two groups:after 4 weeks of treatment, compared with before treatment, the CU-Q2oL score and UAS score(number of wind groups score, pruritus degree score)of the two groups were significantly decreased after treatment, with significant difference(P<0.01).After treatment, the decrease degree of CU-Q2oL score and UAS score(number of wheal score, pruritus degree score)in the treatment group was greater than that in the control group, with significant difference(P<0.01).The effective rate was 91.67%in the treatment group and 82.35%in the control group. There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).In the treatment group,2 cases were cured,11 cases were markedly effective,20 cases were effective, and 3 cases were ineffective;in the control group,0 cases were cured,2 cases were markedly effective,26 cases were effective, and 6 cases were ineffective, with significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).(4)Comparison of adverse reactions:in this trial,no serious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups.(5)Recurrence comparison:33 patients in the treatment group were followed up,4 patients relapsed, the recurrence rate was 12.12%;28 patients in the control group were followed up,10 patients relapsed, the recurrence rate was 35.71%,there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).ConclusionIn this study, the two kinds of drugs used in the treatment of chronic urticaria of Nutritive qi and defensive qi disharmony syndrome have certain curative effect.Gancao Jingfang decoction is superior to Clarityne in improving the quality of life and urticaria activity, with high safety and low recurrence rate.In conclusion,Gancao Jingfang decoction has good curative effect, good safety and low recurrence rate in the treatment of chronic urticaria of Nutritive qi and defensive qi disharmony syndrome, which is worthy of clinical application.
