Insomnia is one of the most common diseases about Sleep-disorder somnipathy . it receives high attention in the medical circles because of the high incidence rate of the disease. For treating the insomnia, modern medical science puts emphasis excessively on calming and sleeping peacefully instead of adjusting the daytime organism condition and paying enough attention to nursing the sleep - wake cycle therefore it is not ideal in the treatment and clinical curative effect.The treatment of insomnia in the Chinese Medicine mostly put emphasis on tranquilizing the mind in using medicine, folk remedy proven prescription acupuncture and moxibustion etc and pays great attention to the time to go to sleep and sleep quality improvement.
