Objective This study used a case-control method, taking colorectal cancer(CRC)patients and healthy people as the research objects,by collecting and analyzing the acupoint thermal sensitivity information of the objects,to explore the characteristics and regulations of CRC acupoint thermal sensitivity, and clarify the influencing factors of acupoint thermal sensitivity in CRC patientsMethods Through live interview questionnaire, basic information of subjects who met the inclusion criteria were collected.Taking skin surface temperature of 16(Some are bilateral,a total of 29)acupoints as the observation index. The subjects were detected using the Fotric226 full-platform thermal imaging camera, the infrared thermal image was processed using AnalyzlR image analysis software, the processed temperature information was entered into a pre-formulated table. At last,SPSS.26 software was used to make statistics and analysis on relevant dataResults A total of 88 CRC patients and 48 healthy subjects were included. The difference in acupoint temperature between CRC patients and healthy subjects in the following groups was statistically significant(P<0.05):CRC patients vs.healthy subjects(25),male CRC patients vs.male healthy subjects(19),female CRC patients vs.female healthy subjects(16),middle-aged and elderly CRC patients vs.middle-aged and elderly healthy subjects(14).Among them,TE6,LI14,SP9,GB34,SP15,CV12,ST25,CV6 and CV4 had statistically significant differences among all above groups(P?0.05).The difference in acupoint temperature of CRC patients in the following groups was statistically significant(P?0.05):male CRC patients vs.female CRC patients(3),the average acupoint temperature of female was higher than that of male;young CRC patients vs.middle-aged and elderly CRC patients(3),the average acupoint temperature of the middle-aged and elderly was higher than that of youth;patients with colon cacer vs.patients with rectal cancer(4),the average acupoint temperature of rectal cancer was higher than that of colon cancer;CRC patients with gastrointestinal reactions vs.CRC patients without gastrointestinal reactions(1).Multiple linear regression results:gender, surgery, and gastrointestinal reactions had significant effects on acupoint temperature(P?0.05)Conclusions After the acupoint changed from the physiological state to the disease state, the acupoints located at the local lesion and distal part produced temperature change on the skin surface.Acupoint sensitization of CRC manifested as an increase in temperature.Gender, age, lesion site, surgery and gastrointestinal reactions were the influencing factors of CRC acupoint thermal sensitivity, and the acupoint temperature was higher in CRC patients who were female,middle-aged and elderly,or with rectal cancer;while the course of disease, the TNM tumors' overall stage, and radiochemotherapy were not, still needed to be further studied.
