Research Of Guideline Development And Promotion For Pediatric Diarrhea Treatment In Traditional Chinese Medicine Classic Prescription

Objective: Development the guideline of treatment for pediatric diarrhea by traditional Chinese medicine classical prescription,smriti the TCM culture.Methods: The primary guideline composed by evaluating the clinical research of TCM classical prescription with Amstar scale,minors items,modified Jadad score scale,and scoring the ancient papers with Theoretical inheritance evidence.Optimizing guideline by Delphi questionnaire and experts meeting,complete the research and evaluation of the guideline’s utilization in primary institutions through the questionnaire.Result: Completed the guideline of pediatric diarrhea treatment through TCM classical prescription in primary institution,and the usage investigation.Conclusion: Our guideline chose the same TCM classical prescription with national guidelines.but we complemented the articles,ratio of dosage and medical records from original papers,Aimed to promoting the TCM classical prescription get into community and helped the publization,and inherited the TCM classical theory.
