ObjectiveThe books of classical prescription expert Mr.Cao Ying Fu mainly focus on clinical practice, including "Experimental Records of Classical Prescriptions" and "Mr.Cao Yingfu’s Medical Cases".Both failures and successes are truthfully recorded in his book. The research of Mr.Cao Ying Fu is generally based on Mr.Cao Ying Fu’s academic thoughts. The characteristics of Cao Ying Fu’s prescriptions and the thinking of syndrome differentiation have not been thoroughly and systematically analyzed and discussed. The purpose of this research is to sort out the Mr.Cao Ying Fu’s medical records including "Experimental Records of Classics" and "Mr.Cao Ying Fu’s Medical Cases" on the basis of previous studies.Based on the attribute partial order structure analysis theory, further Indepth study of Mr.Cao Ying Fu’s law of the use of the prescriptions provides a new idea of TCM syndrome differentiation and prescriptions for the clinical application of the prescriptions. This research mainly focuses on prescriptions and symptoms, and further studies on the basis of prescriptions and prescriptions.MethodsThe standardized expression of concepts and the construction of the knowledge base in the original works of Cao Ying Fu’s medical records "Experimental Records of Classic Prescriptions" and "Mr.Cao Ying Fu Medical Cases".Based on Cao Ying Fu,edited by Jiang Zuo Jing, and proofread by Bao Yan Ju,"Experimental Records of Classics and Prescriptions" and "Mr.Cao Ying Fu Medical Cases" published by Xueyuan Publisher in2008 are the blueprints. On the premise of respecting the original work and the original intent, based on the mathematical theory of formal concept analysis,Cao Ying Fu’s medical records "Experimental Records of Classical Prescriptions" and "Mr.Cao Ying Fu Medical Cases" have standardized the use of classic prescriptions to extract prescriptions, symptoms, and composition of chinese medicines, and construct data on "prescriptions-symptoms" and "prescriptions-chinese medicines" knowledge base.Use the relevant data to make a Microsoft Excel table, and use the mathematical principle of attribute partial order to convert the data in the Microsoft Excel table into a visualized attribute partial order structure diagram, prescription, symptom,TCM group structure and cluster subgroup structure conduct knowledge analysis and appraisal, further analyze the application law of prescriptions and symptom in Cao Ying Fu’s prescription medical records, and sort out the knowledge points of the application law of prescriptions and chinese medicine.ResultsBy analyzing the knowledge discovery of the partial order structure diagram of the "prescription-symptom" attribute of Cao Ying Fu’s classic prescriptions,it can be concluded that: in Cao Ying Fu’s classic prescriptions, the method of purgative for constipation syndrome is used as follows: the method can be used to protect body fluid, constipation with phlegm can use purgative method, constipation with headache cause by Yang Ming dry-qi upsurge can use purgative method, constipation with blood stasis and abdominal pain, can use purgative method, constipation with a large pulse or solid pulse;Cao Ying Fu uses the method flexibly, but the prescription of the method is different according to the different syndrome types;when Cao Ying Fu uses the superficies-relieving formula, the first distinguishes headache and pulse floating, and the second distinguishes fever and aversion to cold; All six meridians can have fever, and the causes of fever are diversified. Therefore, the prescriptions and medications are also diversified. When Cao Ying Fu treats the first syndrome of fever, there is no obvious tendency to a certain type of prescription. The prescription should be followed by the syndrome;pulse floating is most often accompanied by tight pulses. When pulse floating is accompanied by tight pulse and aversion to cold, consider Mahuang Decoction,Gegen Decoction, and Xiaoqinglong Decoction;Cao Ying Fu first distinguished the presence or absence of spitting and the texture of sputum when distinguishing symptoms and signs of coughing;cough is most often accompanied by symptoms are spitting and wheezing;coughing can also be accompanied by phlegm and smelly.Gummy phlegm cough can be considered as acacia pill;pulmonary carbuncle cough can be considered as platycodon decoction;abdominal pain is often combined with slippery pulse consider Chengqi decoction.By analyzing the knowledge discovery of Cao Ying Fu’s classic prescriptions "prescriptions-chinese medicine" attribute partial order structure diagram,it can be concluded that the most commonly used chinese medicine in Cao Ying Fu’s classic prescriptions is raw licorice. Can calm the intestines and produce fluid. In addition, from Cao Ying Fu’s addition and subtraction of Baihu Decoction,it can be seen that Cao Ying Fu often adds American ginseng or trichosanthin. It can be seen that Cao Ying Fu attach important to body fluid care. The traditional chinese medicine that raw licorice is often compatible with is guizhi, followed by raw gypsum, platycodon and rhubarb.Cao Ying Fu often added Citrus aurantium when using Tiaowei Chengqi Decoction, magnolia officinalis can be subtracted if necessary;Dachengqi Decoction mainly used rhubarb, glauber’s salt, and citrus aurantium;when the patient did not sweat,he would add duckweed to Guizhi Decoction;raw licorice was used with platycodon grandiflorum for the treatment of pulmonary abscess;Roasted licorice combined with Platycodon grandiflorum is used to treat throat discomfort of Shaoyin syndrome. In addition,it can be found that when Cao Ying Fu uses the classic prescriptions,he mainly uses the original prescriptions of the classics, and seldom reduces the medicine, and usually add medicine.Another issue also found that Cao Ying Fu attaches great importance to the trial of evidence, not limited to the name of the disease, and is good at catching the main evidence, adding and subtracting according to the evidence.ConclusionCao Ying Fu is known as a pure classical prescriptions expert. The medical records of his main clinical practice are reflected in the classical formulas medical records of "Experimental Records of Classic Prescriptions" and "Mr.Cao Ying Fu Medical Cases".This study is based on the principle of attribute partial order.Cases include "Experimental Records of Classical Prescriptions" and "Mr.Cao Ying Fu Medical Cases" Cao Ying Fu applied the "prescriptions-symptoms" and "prescriptions-chinese medicines" of the medical records of classic prescriptions to study, simplify and optimize the formal background and generate the attribute partial order structure diagram.According to the overlapping relationship between objects and attributes, data mining and knowledge discovery of the group structure of "prescriptions-symptoms" and "prescriptions-chinese medicines" in Cao Ying Fu’s classic prescription medical records are carried out.The complex relationship between prescriptions is visually expressed, including the relationship between prescriptions and symptoms, and the relationship between prescriptions and chinese medicine. This method can be intuitive, clear, and highly readable to discuss the application law of Cao Ying Fu’s prescriptions. This is of great significance for data discovery in medical records and provides a new type of TCM differentiation and differentiation for the clinical application of prescriptions. The idea of formulating prescriptions and medications provides better guidance for clinical diagnosis and treatment of TCM.
