Objective: This study through spleen and lungs fill method combined with biofeedback treatment of qi deficiency type constipation,with simple complement of traditional Chinese medicine lung spleen method and simple biofeedback method is used to analysis whether three treatment of qi deficiency type constipation the clinical efficacy of pelvic floor methods of electric pressure balloon anal rectum impact force the test,and compare the three kinds of treatment effect,provide clinical reference for later integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of constipation.Methods:Selection in August 2018 to December 2019 in the first affiliated hospital of anhui medical university and 90 cases of hospitalized patients with anorectal outpatient service,in accordance with the principle of random,divided into maintaining Chinese medicine group and the biofeedback groups,each 30 cases meet the qi deficiency type of constipation in patients with three groups of Chinese and western medicine diagnosis and inclusion criteria,Chinese traditional medicine group shall be the root of remembranous milk vetch tonga subtraction treatment;The biofeedback group received biofeedback treatment,and the comprehensive group received the combination of the above two treatments.The observation of the 3 groups of patients after 20 days of treatment of Chinese medicine symptoms integral clinical symptoms integral constipation patients quality of life scale integral(pac-qol),pelvic floor surface electromyography anorectal pressure balloon forced out test.Results:After treatment,the comprehensive group was significantly different from the traditional Chinese medicine group and the biofeedback group in terms of total points of fatigue,fatigue and lazy talk after defecation(P<0.05),and the comprehensive group was superior to the biofeedback group in terms of sweating during defecation(P<0.05).After treatment,the comprehensive group was superior to the traditional Chinesemedicine group and the biofeedback group in terms of the total score of defecation time,defecation difficulty and abdominal distension(P<0.05),the comprehensive group was superior to the biofeedback group in terms of fecal characteristics(P<0.05),and the comprehensive group was superior to the traditional Chinese medicine group in terms of defecation frequency(P<0.05).The comprehensive group was superior to the traditional Chinese medicine group and the biofeedback group in terms of the total score of satisfaction with the score of life state(P<0.05),and the comprehensive group was superior to the biofeedback group in terms of the score of mental state(P<0.05).There was a statistical difference between the resting anal pressure of the traditional Chinese medicine group and that of the comprehensive group(P<0.05).The comprehensive group was superior to the traditional Chinese medicine group in terms of the maximum anal systolic pressure(P<0.05),while the rectal systolic pressure of the comprehensive group was superior to that of the biofeedback group and the traditional Chinese medicine group(P<0.05).The comprehensive group was superior to the traditional Chinese medicine group in the value of rapid contraction stage(P<0.05),the comprehensive group was superior to the biofeedback group and the traditional Chinese medicine group in the value of tension contraction stage(P<0.05),and the comprehensive group was superior to the traditional Chinese medicine group in the value of endurance contraction stage after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:The method of tonifying lung and strengthening spleen combined with biofeedback is effective in the treatment of constipation with qi-deficiency,which has more advantages than the method of tonifying lung and strengthening spleen in traditional Chinese medicine or the method of biofeedback.
